My daughters debit card was stolen on 3/2/19 in costa rica. It has one of those "security chip" that are suppose to be the most secure in purchasing. Well it is secure for the thieves to us it, because it lets the thief charge like crazy without having to show any type of id or pin number. This thief made 3 purchases in one day at the nike shop curridabat in costa rica and never checked id once. Amount was for a total of 267.54. I have bank transactions of all the purchases and my bank says that they cannot refund the money because it was a chip card used on a chip reader machine. What the hell since does that make. Like I said, lets help out all the thieves out there to make it sooo much easier for them to steal from you. I want to talk to someone at nike to see what the hell there policies are for making large purchases without finding out the correct person is using the card. To all reading this, get with your banks a tell them to dump the chips and go back to pins otherwise, just hand over your cards to a stranger on the street. Stupidest security I have ever seen.

I buy Nike golf shoes model zoom at Blueport in Hua HiN in desember 2018. I pay 5000 thb. Arter using them 3 weeks there was a hole in the polstration, SEE picture.
I did go back to the shop. They send the shoes to headoffice in Bangkok.
The answer was that they do not have a warranty for Nike shoes in Thailand !
So I have told my friends this. Now we do not buy any shoes from Nike I Thailand anymore !
I just like to send yo some pictures that show how this look like after using the shoes for 2 more months.

I bought pair nike shoes 2 months ago and sent them to nike to get a refund because were ur heal goes the plastic part broke and they said it from normal were they was only worn 3 times. It should not have broken I will never ever buy from nike nike a lier and they were not cheap I spent 100 on them. I will never buy nike shoes again there poor quity for the price I paid. And I had pay 15.00 to ship and be told that it was not normal wear and tear the plastic part were ur heal goes is broke into how is that normal wear and tear I am very pissed off. Will tell every one I know that nike dnt stand bye what they say that it a life time warrenty they are liers and the shows are bad qulity for the price they sell for.

It saddened me that I am writing this email. I am a fan of the Jordan/Nike Brand sneakers. I waited for a whole year for the Black 6 infrareds to come out. Of course I woke up early to make sure I got my pair, because the pair I had back in 2014 have wear and tear. Well, I wore them and on the left top corner a big crease has occur and it can be painful. I am very disappointed because the material seems rough and when you walk it tough to bend.

I do have my correct size and I am not the first person who has expereince this.

Now my beautiful Jordan have this ugly crease on it.

I bought these shoes in springfield missouri september 2018 and after a couple of months of very limited use, due to the cold weather, they developed a squeaking noise in the heal portion of both shoes! I contacted nike and was told my option of sending them to nike for inspection. First off, I was responsible for paying shipping cost to send them their defective product for inspection. Unfathomable for a supposed reputable company! Was contacted through e mail and was told they couldn't find anything wrong with them, what? I contacted customer service at corporate this morning and the agent read through the report and told me that the squeaking noise was not a product or manufacturing defect! Extremely unacceptable position. Need to find a class action attorney and legally force nike to refund/replace their defective product!

I bought a pair of lebron soldier 12 from my personal plug on the 10th of February 2019.After checking, this shoes is totally legit, On 28th of February, after several times playing these both outdoor and indoor, the outsole of this shoes came off from the right shoe, but the left one is still okay. Can you explain to me, why this happened because my friend told me that might be the error one

I have been buying Nike Monarchs since 2010, buying at least one pair every year. my size is 10.5 4e. width. this last year you made the shoe smaller in width, you changed the width and you didn't change the insole for they over lapped the sides of the shoe at first I thought they just made a mistake and used a d width instead of a e width so I bought another pair about 3wks later because my feet were killing because the shoes were just not wide enough. that's how I noticed that the shoes were made smaller. Its too bad that you have decided to narrow your shoes and say they are wide widths anyway. did you think that people wouldn't notice.? well anyways I am going shoe shopping next week for a 10.5 4e width shoe, wish me luck, it won't be a Nike shoe.

I ha e purchased nike shoes (reax) in first week of november-18 from sports direct outlet in merceyway shopping center, manchester. Initially there was no problem but with usage it has developed a very annoying squeaking sound as I walk. This is increasing day by day. It makes me feel embarrassed as now it is turning heads. Please find the attached video which explains the problem.
I hope that my complaint is resolved at the earliest.

I purchased a pair of the Nike Reax approximately 4 months ago. I really liked the shoe. It is very comfortable and offered the support I was looking for. I am however very disappointed in the fact the soles are already starting to come off of these shoes. The have never been subjected to any harsh weather conditions and I am no athlete due to having bad knees. I have been purchasing Nike shoes for well over 35 years dating back to buying my first pair of Nike white canvas shoes when I was in middle school. If this is the quality of product I can expect going forward, it may be time to switch brands of shoes. I am not a person who buys a lot of shoes so quality and durability are very important to. Hi, My husband bought me this pair Nike VaporMax for my birthday in October 2018. I still had a pair of Nike shoes that were in good shape for running so I kept these until those were a little more beat up. I wore them to the gym yesterday and the back bubble on my right heel must have a small hole in it. When I push down on my right heel I can hear air being released from the shoe and my heel touched the ground. I am unhappy because I haven't even gotten to experience the shoes because they cant be worn like this. I am an avid runner and there is no way that I can run in these shoes. I have attached images of the shoes, their condition and a visual that the heel is actually popped. I would like a refund or an equal amount to be able to buy another pair of shoes.

I have never seen this happen with any pair of tennis shoe I've ever owned. Yes, the shoes are fairly old but they are very lightly worn only worn on rare occasions and stored indoors. I decided to go back to the gym, pulled the shoes out wore them to the gym then next day wore them to walk my dogs... got about a mile in and one sole started flopping so much so I had to tear it completely off then limp all the way home on uneven shoes! When I got home I inspected the other shoe and found it was about to do the same thing. Very poor quality product. Highly disappointed.

I went to France on holidays decided to treat myself so I got a pair of the AF1 in pink and paid 77 euro. Came home to Ireland and was wearing them to college, when one day (about 9-10 of owning them!) I realize that the shoes were starting to ripping at the front of both pairs just along the lineing clearly a weak point in the shoe! This is really annoying as I'm normally a girl who shops in penny's (Primark) and bins a pair of shoes after a month and everyone tells me to buy brand shoes that they will last longer, these shoes were cheaply made worse then the ones pennys. The worse part about it was I got them on holidays so I can't do anything about it!

Wasted of money super disappointed with Nike AF1 shoes!

I ordered 2 pair or shoes some Jordan 1's and some nike foamposites and a package under the same tracking numbers arrived at my house with a Louis virgin scarf in it instead of my shoes so I would like my money back or I would like to get my shoes because you guys are committing a big crime of fraud and it's not cool and I will let authorities k ow if you guys do not cooperate I really do not appreciate this at all

Worst experience ever buying from their online store! Bought shoes jan 8th were sappose to be here between the 11th to the 21st comming from 2 hours away. Tracking never changed i called numerous times wait a week after the shipping date for the investigation call 2 more days in a row only to find out they never really shipped my shoes theres no stock they just held my money all this time giving me the run around now i have to wait another 4 business days to FINALLY get my money back. The shoe has a very badly designed sole which picks up small rocks. Each time I wear them I have to take a sharp object and pick out the rocks. Because of the rocks, the sole has began to split.
I am disappointed that I spent $100 on a pair of shoes that have such a glaring fault. Also, the shoe is very hot to wear, no way to vent.
On the good side, it is very comfortable.
Please make me like Nike again because right now I'm looking at your competition.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my grandson in August of 2018 to be ready for school. I think they were about $90 at Shoe Carnival. He is a high school senior and a big guy at 6' 2" and 220 lbs. But there are bigger guys these days. He wore the shoes a lot to school and to work. He works 3 or 4 days per week in the evening at Firehouse Subs and is on his feet there. By Christmas holidays the soles were coming off the shoes. He did not wear them to run or for a sport, but they began to come apart. I did not expect that after four (4) months. I will add that I have many pairs of Nike shoes. I am almost 75 years old and I walk 2 to 3 miles per day around town. The best shoe that I ever had was the orange Zoom Structure 19. That shoe was so good for me that I bought four pairs of the same shoe. I can't find them anymore although I found a similar Structure 18 on eBay. I am disappointed that Sam's shoe came apart.

This is very disgusting that the Nike company would choose Kaepernick for an Ad Campaign. Is this the best you can do?

Kaepernick is a disgrace to our Country and doesn't represent the majority in the Country. After everything the United States has done for him, and he has sacrificed NOTHING! I will not continue to buy Nike unless you remove him quickly from your Ad Campaign.

I purchased the nike air dt max ‘96 from city gear in Hattiesburg Mississippi size 8 men's for my son for Christmas December 2018 just last month.
After 2 weeks and he wore them once they busted on the left side of the left shoe.
I feel like this was very hurtful to spend this much on some shoes as a gift and they come apart like this if I could I would like to speak with some one or have someone reach out to us about this matter
