Hello I am contacting you because the beginning of June 2019 I purchased a pair of Nike air force low at sneaker villa, and there should be no reason why the sole should be detached from the shoe a month and a week later. I have been buying air force as a child and never had that issue. It seems to me as years go by the product is rising in price but quality of the product is becoming less durable to wear. It's hard to save up to purchase items and when we do so we expect especially sneakers to last a good amount of time, not 1 and a week. I wish for someone to contact me in regards to this issue. I would apperciate

I bought the Nike Pegasus because I started to run and I wanted the best product of the brand to take care of my feet (I didn't care about the price). I bought them in Perú, I was on vacation so I didn't use them until I came back to France. Today I went to run and I wore them. They destroyed my feet. Nothing that it promised was true! It hurt my feet, I have blisters. The arc of the arc of the sole hurt my skin. I paid around 100€ and I can't wear them again. What could I do? I trusted in the brand and in the sellers of your store.
I hope you can help me find a solution.

Thank you announcing that you are recalling the shoe with the Betsy Ross flag, . It came at exactly the right time for me personally -- I was just getting ready to buy two new Nike shoes -- a running shoe, and a walking shoe. As an avid runner, I usually buy 3-4 pair a year.

I have bought exclusively Nike shoes for almost 30 years -- and if I hadn't heard the news that the Betsy Ross flag shoe was being recalled I would have bought two more pair -- and then had to go through the inconvenience of returning them.

Now I am the proud owner of two Brooks shoes -- they look great, feel great, and I can wear them with pride. And I hope to stick with them for the next 30 years.

And hey, while you are at it, why don't you use the company's financial might to advocate other great causes of social justice like, say rename our nation's capitol (he had slaves, you know), try to get rid of the Declaration of Independence (he had slaves, you know), banish the current American flag (it did fly over the segregationist South, you know), and hey, maybe think about renaming your company because Nike was a Greek goddess (and the Greeks, I am sure you know, enslaved other people).

I visited your store yesterday morning and had to deal with two members of your staff that were both rude and rather annoying. First of all a female staff member called Bryanna came over and asked if we needed help, when we replied "no thank you" she stayed with us and just stared at us as I tried on shoes. Upon paying we encountered a male staff member called Rowan. Rowan bombarded us with information about the Nike Club after I told him I didn't want to join. He then asked us to fill out a feedback form on his personal mobile phone and to give him and Bryanna a good review. In Rowan's own words, "it is just for our monthly bonus, it goes on how many good reviews we get". I would have been honest about my experience with the staff had Rowan not been reading what I was typing to make sure it was good enough. After spending a long time with him we wanted to leave the store but he made us wait so that he could call over Bryanna to tell her that we gave her a good review for her bonus. I personally feel that these staff members should not receive a bonus if they are just forcing the public to give them a good review against their will, they have not earned the bonus in the right way. As you can probably tell I am rather disappointed with the way I was treated by your staff. From now on I will either go elsewhere for running wear or shop online.

Date of incident: 14/07/2019
Description of incident: I was walking indoors (a furniture store) when i had a crack. I looked down but did not realize anything and had also not stepped on anything besides the carpet on the floor. I had felt that the middle of my left sole had also felt softer and not stable, i crouched down to look at the air bubble on the left foot and to my surprise it was split horizontally. My left sole is now deflated. I had only had the shoes for about one and a half months and the shoes had cost me $250 at footlocker.

Myself and a friend bought the same shoes (black Air Max 2017) in September 2018 at the Nike Outlet in Conway SC. After a few months he told me that his air pockets on the heels had busted and had no support anymore. I joked with him but now mine have done the same thing. I am very unsatisfied that I bought a pair of shoes that cost $160 and they don't even last a full year. Please contact me by phone or email.

This disgusts me that I even am having to write this. The company of Nike is controlled by athletes and swayed. This is ridiculous. That CK guy should have NO PULL on what you sell and dont sell. He is nobody just a rude unamerican non -educated boy. Get some balls NIKE. This family of 4 will dispose of all nike apparel and shoes. Thinking the dumpster would be great! Just received pair of retro 5 Michigan. Both shoes are creased! I'm extremely upset. Talked to customer service, he said I can either keep the flawed pair or return these for a refund. I feel Nike should do a little bit better. I paid $237 for a quality product! They shouldn't look like this. Look like they've already been worn. The shoes are deadstock, I've ordered from you several times in the past. First issue ever . Order #C00106021153

No longer will I buy Nike due to the angry, unamerican, hated sponsorship you provide for CK and Megan ( whatever her last name is ). Both are a disgrace to this country and should get the h___ out. If this is representation of NIKE so be it. My goal is to ensure that all big businesses in this country that sell your products end contracts by 2020.

I bought the Nile Legend Trainers for $106 because they looked well constructed and were reinforced at the toes and around the laces. After less than 2 months of use. The mesh material is tearimg apart at the place where the shoe bends. This after mild to moderate use 3 times a week. clearly the mesh material is not robust enough.
I would like to have the shoes replaced or preferably exchanged for a nike design that is more durable.

I am just writing to advise you that I just left Champs Store in Intercity Mall and thought you should be aware. I attempted to purchase a pair of your Nike women's $200.00 runners and was told I couldn't try them on because I had flip flops on without socks. Keep in mind it is 32 degrees here in Thunder Bay right now and I was shopping in flip flops and a dress. I am very disappointed in the customer care I have received. Clearly I or my family will not shop at Champs anywhere again.

Just wanted you to know the customer care that is being given while selling your product. Understandably this is not Nike's fault but does am a little discouraged with Nike as well.

I am very disappointed in recent Nike public images. The lastest in removing the Betsy Ross Flag is unexplainable. I am no longer an investor in Nike and will not purchase Nike products until a ":new image" is established. Attached is a photo of President Obama's second inaguation where he proudly displayed two such offensive flags. Ask Kapernick to grow up and be greatful for all he has in the USA.
His disrespect for our country and flag hurts everyone who has every worn the uniform and represented the USA in ways he has not.

I've probably spent 10k on Nike apparel in my life. That all stops today. And I will be swapping all my curent gear for other brands. The shameful, ignorant and cowardly act to pull your shoes on a misplaced objection is the end of my patronage. Hello Adidas, my new friend. I'm done with Nike, finally. I cut the cord. The Betsy Ross, Colin "the communist" Kapernick debacle was the last straw. By succumbing to this privileged, politically driven, racial puppet, Nike has turned a corner into the political realm that it won't recover from under the current management. Because of this I'm finished buying any products produced by this company until the current leadership is removed from their positions.

Everything i own is Nike. All I buy is Nike. I will not purchase another Nike product until Colin Kaepernick is dropped from contract. If you do not respect your nations flag, you should not live in that country. I spend 1000's of dollars on your products every year but that will now stop. My family and I will not wear an article of your clothing or purchase any of your products until you stop listening to this "opressed" millionaire piece of trash that you call an employee.
