I ordered and paid additional $7.99 for shipping and handling to get my order on time. The order was to be supposed to get to me by Dec. 14th for my cousin's funeral. I tried to cancel after I saw all the complaints on their Facebook page of people not receiving their orders. They refused and said they couldn't stop the order even though the item didn't ship, and they were advertising that I would be the items within a certain amount of time. They still shipped the order and didn't receive it until 12/21/2022. Then their return policy states they will deduct shipping. They are the worst company and need to be sued. Stay far away from this company. I want my full refund including shipping because of your false advertisement on shipping time.

Desired outcome: Full return including shipping since they couldn't deliver on their own time as promised.
