Neighborhood Scout review: Descriptions on neighborhood scout

When I came to the section where it described the ethnicity and culture of the neighborhood, it was completely inaccurate. It was about the city of Long Beach Ca. Not only did they not list at least three (which have a significant percentage of residents; They also threw in two groups that don't even exist or ever did. Anyone who is a local resident would notice these tow differences immediately. What really bothers me is a google search would be 100% more accurate... So, my question is "who" is the person gathering all of these "facts"; And, how come they are not checked before allowing them to be posted?
