Yo, so I gotta say, my experience with Needen Canada (needen.ca) has been pretty whack. I've been trying to get a refund for something I bought from them, but they're straight up ignoring my emails. Like, what's the deal with that? It's been four whole weeks and I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's super frustrating, you know?

I ordered from Needen Canada over 12 days ago and was disappointed to see that the order had a "3-4 day shipping delay." I assumed that this meant business days, so I waited patiently. However, by day 6 of the business week, I decided to call customer service to ask why my order had not yet shipped. The representative told me that they would look into it, but I have yet to receive a response from them. As a result, my clients are unhappy and I am frustrated with the lack of communication from Needen Canada. I will not be ordering from them again and will be looking for better wholesale businesses with more reasonable prices.

So, I decided to buy a whopping 60 pieces of clothing from Needen Canada (needen.ca). The shipping was pretty fast, I gotta give them that. But, they messed up the shipping address and the package got returned. I mean, I gave them the right address, what gives? I tried to reach out to them through email, but they didn't respond to any of them. I was getting pretty frustrated because I needed the clothes for a fundraiser campaign that had a specific date. It was such a hassle that I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend shopping with this company, you might end up wasting your time and not even getting your items.
