We went into NFM over a month ago to order tile. After a few days I logged into our account to see if there was an eta on delivery, only to discover our sales guy Russ ordered the wrong color tile. I called and Russ corrected the tile order but never called back with when the tile would be shipped. Now after more than a month we have talked to 5 different people in the flooring department and still don’t have our tile. We have been given several excuses about what probably is happening. It is extremely difficult to get anyone to call you back. Apparently 30 of our 32 sheets of tile have been delivered to the warehouse. The distributor is stating they shipped all 32 but NFM is saying they only have 30 and nobody has answers or solutions. Horrible lazy customer service from your sales people. The warehouse employee I spoke to was more help than anyone else.
Desired outcome: I just want my tile so I can finish my project.
