Can't fulfill service paid for. Purchased second service from NCH, they dropped the ball for almost a month, time is of the essence and they will not provide a refund, not even during COVID. I may have a different outlook during any other time, but during a time of COVID with limited funds available NCH would rather provide a credit than salvage the relationship.. now with that, I don't want to even continue with them, yet forced to just pay out this credit in recurring fees. Caveat Emptor.

I want to give a review for Karlie M. Excellent service, she would always return my calls promptly & walked me through the process with Horizon Trust and I am someone who knew nothing. She answered our questions very patiently and navigated the process between Horizon Trust, NCH & Titan Bank. What a joy to work with someone like Karlie. She is the true epitome of what excellent customer service means. Karlie, you rock it and keep doing what you are doing. You don't need to change a thing:))

Stephanie *** was awesome. I placed a called to her and she placed what she was doing on a brief hold just to hear me out. She even called be backed after her scheduled call to make sure she answered all the questions that we had and explained a lot of things that was possible missed once we became apart of Nevada. It was just a pleasure to speak and work with her. Now, everything makes sense and we understands it better. Very professional and patience with us.

NCH provides exceptional business services. I was certainly impressed by the level of professionalism and the vital one on one coaching that comes along with the package. For me to say that Karlie was superstar who went above and beyond the call of duty (while also being an absolute joy to work with) would probably still not be complementary enough. In many regards, she was like a "one-man-band" helping me to navigate between NCH, Titan Bank, Horizon Trust, and Equity Street Capital to quickly fund my very first commercial syndication much faster than I ever would have been able to do on my own! I've had the privilege of working with a number of great people at NCH over the past 9 months, but she is definitely second to none!

This review is specifically for ONE employee at Property Privacy Services- Heather P. She single-handedly redeemed my experience and opinion of NCH.
since it's a such a big company I experienced several instances of calls not being returned, having difficulty finding someone to answer an issue or help resolve a problem.
Heather is the exact opposite of this. She was responsive, helpful and responsible. If not for her, we would have certainly left NCH.
I hope the management team at PPS takes this review to heart and recognizes Heather's value to the company. More of NCH and PPS staff should be like Heather.

Throughout the building of our Business Credit our company received unapparelled support by Marshall D.! We couldn't have asked for a better business relationship! Marshall's tireless efforts to assist and assure our business trended upward was instrumental to the establishment of our business profile. Tiffany T performed a miracle! More than providing answers, Tiffany T educated us; a feat not easily accomplished! Her information was relevant, succinct and offered with a smile. Do you remember customer service? Tiffany T provided OUTSTANDING customer service with integrity, attention to detail and a good ear. She has a keen ability to articulate her responses in a manner that was easy and fun to understand. Her professional execution was peppered with good humor and the conversation was very enjoyable. That is noteworthy because I was intimidated due to my lack of understanding, but in true professional style, TT was disarming while providing substantive and easy to understand information. Now, thanx to TT, I'm a dangerous woman... Bring it on!

My Corporation set-up conference call went smoothly and finished in record time. My Client Service Representative was Merilin A She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I tested my company elevator speech on her without her knowing. She gave honest responses to some hard queries and did not push any of Nevada's products on me as most companies do. I will, of course, be purchasing the Registered Agent and Mail Forwarding packages because I travel for work, and these tools are essential for new entrepreneurs just getting started who want to be taken seriously from day one. I recommend this company to anyone interested in getting Incorporated without the fuss and fluff presented by most companies in this type of Industry.

The worst. We have opened about 5 or 6 companies with them. More than half have always had a problem with incorrect information. One even had the bank account closed by the bank because they assigned the wrong NCAIS #. The last straw is that someone got a $90k default judgement against us because NCH did not forward the Court documents to us. When trying to get help from them, we got empty words and no help. Instead, they sought to cover their tails and did not give us what we needed. We needed them to confirm they did not send the documents to us so we could say that to the Judge who would want to know why we never responded. They refused. Great service when things are going well is easy. It is when things go wrong that great service is needed and they did not come through for us.

I utilized NCH to establish a Nevada LLC. While the basic process was pretty straightforward there were a number of important decisions that I needed to make in order to be fully operational and compliant as a NY resident.

My coach Tiffany T was extremely helpful in guiding me through my decision making process. Tiffany pointed out the pros and cons of everything in addition to providing some great insight into how I might best meet my purpose for establishing the LLC. While NCH offered services that might help me such as mailing forwarding, foreign entity filing, an office presence in Nevada, etc. Tiffany never pressured me to utilize the services. Tiffany just explained how the services worked and might benefit my LLC, and suggested before purchasing any services, I first discussed them with my partner and management team to make sure the services would in fact meet our business needs.

I would definitely recommend utilizing NCH to establish a Nevada LLC, for both how seamless they make the process and the in-depth level of personal coaching provided.

I am very dissatisfied with my overall experience with this company. I was mislead into believing that I was going to get a full-service experience with building business credit and other related services. I did not receive any such service, and I kept getting harassed about paying for upgrades after the fact. I even requested a refund directly to management for my subpar experience. Although combative, he admitted that after listening to my recorded call during purchasing that he can see why I felt deceived, but still refused to issue a refund. Instead stating that he was willing to "work with me personally", as opposed to reimbursing me, as requested. I considered filing a dispute with my credit card company, but I decided to come here instead, because I want other consumers to know about the vulture-like culture of this company. I would still like a refund. I never used my entity, and I never get the support or coaching that was paid for. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and I hope that no one else ever makes the same mistake I did in working with this deceitful, unprofessional company.

So, I was at first very pleased with the aspect of having to do close to nothing to start my LLC. I was working with an individual (who I will not name) that was on it! Trying to help and get things moving, as my husband is in sales I understand a lot of the sales side. I understand being pushy and consistent with wanting things to go through. I was the unpleasantly surprised by the shocking frustration on his side when I was unable to answer for a large portion of my day...he was upset and said some things that we're concerning so he lost my sale. I moved on to research other companies for the week. I then reached back out hoping to get another agent that would improve my opinion of the company. He was great and I needed to wait for more of my money to clear so I said I'd call back in a few short days.

I then received another call from John B I believe a supervisor. He called to let me know they are waiving all expenses to get my LLC. It would not only be free services but they are covering the cost of my LLC from the state. I did not tell him this on the phone but I cried a bit. I've gone through a lot over the last 2 years with jobs and Covid and nearly was hospitalized recently. We have very little money to start this dream business and this helped in ways I couldn't explain in words. He did this because of the way I was treated by the first agent and it was something I did not ask for. He genuinely cares about his job and the company and most of all clients.

Just know that if you are not happy with what is happening he will absolutely take care of you. I did not want to complain much about the first agent because sales is a tough job...but I did not have to. John took care of me and I can say I've never had anything like this happen for me and I am very grateful. Thank you so much!

I was thinkin' 'bout startin' an LLC and this dude from Nevada Corporate headquarters called me up. He was a smooth talker, I'll give him that. He said he'd only charge me $150 more than the cost, but he didn't mention any other fees that might come up. Plus, he gave me some advice that wasn't even good for me.

I used NCH to incorporate in Nevada after being told by their rep (Jamie S) about how much money I'd save dealing with the State of ***. I didn't save any money and wasted $1,500. They wouldn't give me a refund.

They took my credit card info over the phone and then opened a bunch of credit cards with it. They charged me $3,465 on August 1. They manually entered my credit card info. They didn't follow the EMV chip rules and there was fraud. But, I'm not responsible for any of the charges because of the Fair Credit Billing Act.

NCH got a problem, they ain't doing what they supposed to do. They won't give services to my new LLC and they ain't started my trust fund even though I paid them. They say they ain't got the money from my bank *** but *** showed proof that they did get it back on January 5, 2022. I sent them a letter on March 23, 2022, asking for my $1,841.95 back that I paid in full on November 3. They ain't responded yet. I don't wanna do business with them no more 'cause they can't handle the money right.

NCH is a total SCAM! I was tricked into using their legal services and paid a whopping $5396 upfront in August . But by October, I still hadn't received everything and was feeling uneasy about continuing with them. So, I asked for a refund. But instead of giving me my money back, they convinced me to give them another chance. Big mistake! The drafts they sent me were terrible. I could have gotten better legal help from a $100 online template company. So, I asked for a refund again, but they refused. They took all my money, over $5k, even though they didn't complete all the work. This is illegal! Don't trust NCH!

I bought stuff from NCH in March . They set up 1 LLC and the "Solo-K Self Directed package". That one had an LLC and a custodian account with ***. They also taught me stuff and kept me in line. This review is about the second thing. I paid $3,997 for it. It took 2 months to finish. In May , I found a different place that could do the same thing for way less. When I tried to switch, I found out the current custodian didn't make an important paper called "the 401k adoption agreement". Without it, there's no 401k plan. The people I paid to keep me in line made me break the rules for a whole year. Both companies blamed each other and NCH stopped talking to me. I want half my money back since they only did half the job.

I bought a product from NCH to protect my rental home investment, but it turned out to be inappropriate and complicated. I wanted to cancel and get a refund, but they refused. I went to a lawyer/accountant for a second opinion and they agreed it was not suitable. I dissolved the LLC and demanded my money back, but NCH refused. I trusted them and feel scammed. I wish they had been honest and advised me to wait until I had more properties or cash flow. The annual cost to maintain the structure was too high for me. It included several registered agents and filing fees in multiple states.

I started my biz with NCH in July and they were great. They told me to sign up for their Business Credit Program on Oct 2nd 2020. I got an email on Oct 5th welcoming me to the program and an assigned coach with instruction and details of the program. I talked to my coach on Oct 12th and he told me to sign up for other services for my biz as compliance for the program. I reached out to the coach after and never got a hold of him. On Nov 10th the coach reached out to me via email to know if I was done with the compliance. I replied to his email but did not get a response. I sent another email again on Nov 17th to the coach, he responded that he did not receive any of my emails so I reached out to the office to change the coach since a month has gone by and we had not started anything on the program I signed up for. I was told they will have to reach out to a manager and get back to me and again no one got back to me. I called again to the office on Dec 1st that I was not interested in the program and needed a refund since no one was being proactive in working with me on the program I signed up for. I was told they can't refund my money because all purchases was final which was not communicated to me when I signed up and they did not provide me the service I signed up for. I waited for another 4 days hoping someone will get back to me and again no one did, neither have I received my refund of $1,997.00.

NCH is not good. They charge way too much for basic stuff. I gave them $14,000 in Feb 2020 to set up 3 new LLCs and a Self Directed 401K. They said they would coach me for a year and help me with taxes and stuff. But all I got was some books. They couldn't help me with my IRA and didn't even know how to use it. They also gave me bad advice about moving money from my retirement account. They are bad financial advisors and don't keep their promises. I complained a lot but they never helped me. The people I talked to were useless. Don't use NCH.
