I met an Oggvo rep at a real estate convention who was a great salesman. Looking back, he's the kind of guy who'd say anything to get what he needs. He threw in the conversation that they worked for Tom Ferry's organization and a lot of the agents that coach with Tom using this Oggvo software. That's bad on me for even half believing that. The way the software and program was explained to me, was not what I received. The customer service reps do not speak English well which is not helpful when learning a new tool. But it turns out, that the tool was just a glorified CRM for reviews. Nothing more. To pay $225 a month for something like this is just a scam in my experience. I blame no one but myself for signing the 12 month agreement and so I have paid monthly for essentially nothing that I don't already do myself. I'm disgusted with this company and have sent all of the complaints online, as well as my detailed exeperice, to our organization's events team so that they never bring this company into another event of ours again. I would hate to think that other small business owners are paying their hard earned money on a sham.

This company is shady, no one is held accountable. They don't return phone calls or answer emails properly. The only emails they send are to collect money due. At first, the process seems too good to be true, but once you don't want to be a part of it, they start playing games and being very aggressive. The account managers are inept. Don't do it!

So, this sales guy from Oggvo convinced me to buy their service, but I didn't really get what it was about. I tried using it for my business, but it never worked. I tried calling them back and even sent them a few texts and emails, but they never got back to me. I wanted to cancel my subscription, but they didn't even bother to call me back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who's using them for business.

Dey tried to get me to sign dey contract but I wouldn't do it cuz these kinda folks usually don't produce any results. My sign is six month contract dey ain't done nothin' though promise dey would do dey knew my situation before I went into it. I've done what dey told me to do and I'm still on the third page of *** Search I ain't moved and I ain't got nothin' for my money except the bare minimum and now I still owe 3 months of $250 a month I want my money back please don't go through these folks dey terrible.

This company is not good. They don't talk nice and their team is not professional. They don't know how to make your account better. They don't care about you, they only want your money. They make you sign a contract for a long time. I found out they use people in other countries to help you, but they don't do anything. They changed my address and it was wrong. My client asked me about it. I think their good reviews are fake. It doesn't make sense. Don't waste your time and money. Find someone else who cares.

Not good experience. Sales guy said I get good reviews and more social media exposure with little work. I trusted him. I'm not techy. He said they help. I paid $300.00 a month since April 2022. They taught me their system first few months. I didn't like being told to post more for it to work. I pay $50.00 more than others. Tried to cancel 09/26/22. They said I'm deactivated when contract ends in 12 months. I stopped my card. Customer service said I need to pay and I'm in a year contract. Docusign form didn't say that. They won't cancel or stop billing. Wish I read reviews before. Can do it myself. Help me refund and close account.

I paid for a whole year on Oggvo because I trusted them. I saw them at a conference and thought the owner/speaker was trustworthy. They said their system only takes an hour a month or 15 minutes per week. What a joke! The account reps are lazy and told me to post through their site to my page. Now my website has broken graphics and they won't help me fix it. Wish I read these reviews first. It's been a bad experience all around. Waste of money. My rankings haven't gone up and they haven't done anything. They sell a crappy software for thousands and promise to do most of the work. I'm getting less calls now than before. This company is supposed to help us ask for reviews in a non-invasive way, but their reviews are terrible.

Oggvo contacted me four months ago and said they could help me get high ratings and more customers. I said no at first, but they kept making promises. So, I decided to try it out for a few months. The salesperson would contact me once or twice a month with questions. But, I was charged a lot of money for three months with no results. So, I cancelled the service and changed my credit card. They kept calling me and said I signed an annual contract, but I didn't. They showed me a contract that looked fake. I have a good credit rating, but they still threatened me to pay a lot of money in five days. I regret using Oggvo services. It was the worst experience of my life.

This company said they'd make me a social media superstar, but they didn't do anything. They said they'd get me to the top of the charts on *** and other sites, but I didn't expect to be number one. I just wanted something. Their onboarding was a joke. They called at the wrong times and it was a mess. We had a consultation where they got my *** profile and access to other social media platforms like *** etc... They promised to post in 4 months, but they kept collecting every month and didn't deliver anything. I cancelled my credit card and told them I wasn't interested until they got their act together. Then they sent me emails at bad times, so I fired them. Then I got a scary letter from a lawyer in ***, saying they were investigating me and my company and doing a complete financial profile on me personally. They said they were going to report me to credit bureaus and sue me. But if I paid *** which I didn't owe, plus interest for future ***, they'd leave me alone. I showed the letter to a lawyer in *** who specializes in illegal debt collection practices. They didn't offer any proof of debt, just scary threats. I'd never do business with a company like Oggvo again. They're a scam.

I signed up with oggvo 5 months ago and the employee who signed me up said our SEO team would work to get you on top 3 of the list in your area in 3 months and your name would appear on top in generic search and would not have to pay to *** ads which would be a lot of savings. Then some people used to call every month saying you have to do these steps and follow everything so that it helps. Finally today I got a call from someone called *** who then again explains me about social media and all. At this point I told him very clearly that there is no company who does not do social media, so rather than that can we talk on SEO ranking for us and he was like it takes time. I told him to get the guy on line who signed me up saying that in 3 months your account is going to make on top of the list. He then goes that he doesn't work for us anymore and you have to talk to him. How the h*** is that my problem if he doesn't work for you anymore. You just trying to get it off your shoulder, and then when I said that if you cannot do what was promised, I need my money refunded back to me as I was not there for their crazy software that they promise to be the best but doesn't even open up or can login on the mobile phone. So indirectly, what you guys doing I can get it done from anywhere in the time promised in less than $100 a month. I am waiting for someone from billing to give me a call and *** just told me about this and says billing will call and was not interested even in convincing. I want my every *** back as they made my *** profile worse than it was which I can even prove. I have to do $30 advertisements on *** everyday to be somewhere at top 3. They pushed my generic ranking more down. Worse. Worse. Worse.

I wish I checked ComplaintsBoard.com website before I paid Oggvo to find new clients for my Mortgage and *** company. I signed up for 6 months for $250 a month, even though I would have gotten a discount if I signed up for 12 months. I had zero leads and no benefit whatsoever for my business. I would have been better off with *** pay per click. The lady that was helping me on the phone after two or three sessions, said one day last year that she is quitting her job to work for ***. That should have been a warning sign but I didn't think of anything. I thought this was a legitimate company. The next representative asked me to have my relatives write fake reviews and impersonate as old clients, which I thought it was unethical and I wouldn't do. So I sent an email to her to cancel and asked for a refund. Not only they didn't cancel, they went ahead and charged my credit card an additional $250 for nothing two weeks after I canceled. So I put a stop payment on my credit card and asked them to be reimbursed for two months. I received an email from *** (no last name nor a title) to make a deal if I make one payment he will wave the last month fee of $250, and today a call from *** from a 714 area code (which is the same area code for my business and cell phone number) Orange County *** area code. They are in *** with no satellite office listed in *** on their website. They are using a deceptive phone number as their caller ID so I would answer. I suspect based on my observations and other unsatisfied customers complaint on ComplaintsBoard.com, it's a total rip-off company that are praying on desperation of new businesses owners to find new client or customers. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to this unscrupulous business.

I wouldn't recommend this company to any small biz, especially not for notaries. They promised me more reviews and a higher rank in searches, but since signing up in Aug 2022, I haven't gotten any new reviews using their system (I got 1 on my own) and my biz page is listed 72nd in searches. During onboarding, they contacted me a lot and I fixed errors and blurry pics on my own. Clients got spam texts/emails asking for reviews and none left one. I was misinformed about pay/terms and when I canceled in Sept 2022, they said I still owe $2,400. I can't get anyone on the phone and don't want to dispute through email. OGGVO is unprofessional and predatory for making me pay for no service. They haven't helped my biz grow and I've paid $1,600 so far. OGGVO doesn't care about small biz and only pretends to care publicly.

I signed up for Oggvo a year ago and the sales guy was really pushy. He kept telling me they'd handle all my platform and SEO stuff. I told him I wasn't good with computers or social media, but he said not to worry. When I got my account rep, they talked really fast and didn't help me at all. I asked them to slow down, but they just ended the meeting. I emailed Oggvo and got a new account rep who was better, but still didn't understand what I needed. They promised me my SEO rating would be great and my phone would ring off the hook, but that never happened. My husband got cancer and lost his job, so I was dealing with a lot. I told Oggvo I couldn't keep paying for their services, but they sent me a legal collection letter threatening to take money from my bank account. My husband is better now and has a job, but we're still struggling. I tried to work with Oggvo, but they didn't keep their promises. I don't know what to do now.

Deceptive sales practices.. I was called and the first rep made it sound like the service I was signing up for was included in my CRM package and i kept asking questions over and over and finally divulged the truth. Be up front about what you're doing - if you are selling a service that you believe in - you shouldn't have to use a sneak attack.

I hired oggvo to gather reviews on my business. I was told these reviews would be linked up and would go to places like ***,***, ***, ***, ***, ect... However if the review was less then 4 stars the oggvo system would keep that low review in the oggvo account and not send that review out. I was also to oggvo would link need all of my passwords to everything so they could get the oggvo system linked with all of my accounts (***, ***, ***, *** ect.). They never linked anything up I had to do it. However that still did no good as any review down in the oggvo system stayed in oggvo. I have nothing but 5 stars and all reviews are in oggvo. I was told this company would get me higher listing on *** due to my reviews they would gather and put on *** and the other websites, however since they cannot share my reviews with these other platforms, that is not a true. In addition, I was told they would help me clean up ***, ***, and other pages because I had moved around so much. Which is 100% not true. nothing has been done. I have had a few meetings with my rep and she has been late to the calls, not called, and when I have emailed her there has been no response. I had to call the support line to have any idea as to what was going on and to set up a new meeting.

This company took $500 and did not perform a service for me. They changed reps and had many excuses. My contract expired and I talked to the owner. I was to be refunded. Today I check my credit card and there is another $250 charge without my permission, without a contact and without service being delivered. I called my credit card company and cancelled my card. They are investigating this as fraud.

The Oggvo Sales Representative informed me this will be a month to month service, however, they are stating that I had a contract for 12 months, this was only month to month, I've noticed the marketing services to *** Reviews stopped working, therefore I connected with the Support team to cancel. They are still requiring me to pay for the month-to-month service throughout the 12-month timeframe and they are telling me I NEVER canceled. I have email proof that I've canceled this month-to-month service and not to charge me.

My experience was not great. I paid 600 dollars and they could not help me more than what I knew myself how to do. When I explained my dissatisfaction with service they as much as said tough your in a signed contract for a year. I didnt sign a contract. They have refused to cancel my account and stop billing me. When I brought up my displeasure to *** my account rep he said he would handle it and I have not heard back from him since despite my trying to reach him.I have asked 3 times for my account to be canceled. Finally I had to resolve this by having my credit card company block them. Dont buy into all of the hype. You can do everything they are promising to help you with on your own. Please help me get a refund.

I joined Oggvo on March 9. 2022 under the impression that my business profiles would be made more visible due to their review retrieval system. Almost immediately after signing up, my account manager went *** I was assigned a new one that seemed better, but unfortunately has also fallen short on communication and promises. For example, the last conversation had I was asked to review her, with emphasis on leaving her name, and she would do the same for us. Nope, no review posted. I have received a few reviews, but they are not coming from my previous clients. They are coming from spam... I just sat on a scheduled zoom meeting for almost 10 minutes and was another no show. I am trying to cancel this agreement and am being told that's not possible.

I received a call from Rachel E on 04/15 she said that her company Oggvo helps businesses get reviews on Google, Facebook, etc... I told her I was looking for a company that can manage my business Facebook page she said that is one thing they do. That was the only reason I signed up. Come to find out they do not post and manage your Facebook page Rachel lied to get the sale. Once I found that out I have been trying to cancel from the unscrupulous company. I have emailed them several times, Jon R, James H, Lynn P, Rachel E . But I only get threatening emails from James H that if I don't keep paying them they will send me to collections. They send you a number that no one answers and no voice mail. Shady Shady Shady, They have already stolen $500.00

My problem is I've paid this company $400 and they have never shown me anything they've done for me. So Now I want to cancel my contract that I've been trying to cancel for 2 out the 3 months I've now had this and seen nothing and they won't cancel my contract and want me to pay another $200 for January. I haven't even seen a product for $400, much less $600. I know I signed a 6 month contract but I've also not seen the work they've done. Ive expressed I'm a single mom that has been out of work twice due to Covid and I simply can not afford it! $200 dollars for a single parent goes a long way! Plus I feel like I've been scammed not seeing anything they've done for The $400,I feel like they swindled me as a new agent and then scammed me. Ive spoke with 3 different people and sent 7 or so emails and they point blank refuse to show me anything! Says if I Pay another $200 they'll cancel my contract early with no proof of anything for $600.

Oggvo LLC claim that they were going to get me a high rating on *** for my insurance business, once they got my credit card info, they set an appointment with me to do some type of on boarding but when *** r called me I was told that their computer system was down and they would call back to reschedule, that never happen this was july , but they started charging my credit card $200.00 a month and had done absolutely nothing. they just called me on 09/14 only because I put a block on my credit card to stop the money grab and I was told that the account would go to collection in the next 60 days I just want to be out of this scam and for them to stop trying to charge my credit card and stop with the collection threats and they never mention that the company had been dissolve I found that out from your ComplaintsBoard.com alert they also pretended to be a part of link now media which they are not that is how they were able to reach out to me to begin with I did not contact them.

10/13 21 Signed got contacted by Oggvo agent saying that they represent RE/MAX agents (yes Im a REMAX salesperson). Oggvo agent had promissed me to create me website, manager all other social media as well, delivery my *** business acount, having me on the first page of *** search for an agreement of $350/month with the escape clause of 1 month writen notice. 3 moths went by nothing, absolutely zero work done not even profile created by them in any platform. 01/24/22 I sent out a written notice cancelling and explaining the reason of cancellation, since the my life becamne totally desaster with all oggvo harrassment and phone call to my cell phone and even to my place of employment. their nasty lame attorney even had threatned me last week over the phone with sending my name to the collection, and believe me my credit report is perfect clean I score up to 813 FICO. I wont permit it to happen however i wont let them take advantage of me neither harrass me or threats isnt acceptable or permited by me!

-I signed up for this service to make gathering reviews easy for my clients The company is supposed to handle everything, after I give them my contacts (past clients)I had a few clients that didn't understand to click through past the 5 stars to leave a review. Instructions were probably not clear, I told the Oggvo Support and they edited.I have several reviews not posted because *** changed their algorithms. This is what I paid OGGVO $250 month to do. It's their responsibility to figure it out. Instead, OGGVO emailed my clients directly asking them to leave another review, which did not go over well and I needed to request OGGVO to stop emailing my clients directly (twice I had to do this) They sent one of my clients another site to submit a review.THEN the service team calls and talks to me about the social media posts and how that will increase my *** presence. They said that their platform is strong and will increase my results. It not only decreased them, I cannot share videos from OGGVO platform to ***. Makes no sense for me to use Thier platform for social media.I understand that algorithms change, but that's part of you Their business. I have 4 reviews that if I had posted myself would have went through, You really didn't do anything to get them back except email ***, which is not acceptable.

I contacted this company to help improve my company profile online. I agreed to pay them $250 monthly for their work. After speaking with them, it seemed more like they were a consulting company telling me what to do to increase my company profile online, giving me homework to do to before a scheduled call. That is not what I hired them to do. I work a lot of long hours and hired them to do the work for me not to teach me how to do it myself. I paid them for work they never did and after no long wanting to be scammed I stopped working with them. They promptly sent my file to a collection agency, that practices in intimidation and threats, and is charging me $4000. When I asked their agency what are they charging me for, they told me they are not obligated to answer my question because this is a commercial debt. This company misrepresented what they could do, which I am sure is complained about a lot with them. But their practice in charging people $4000 when a person isn't willing to pay them for doing absolutely nothing is paramount to extortion and is definitely fraud. They use an unscrupulous collection agency that threatens to put a judgement against you and take your bank accounts, assets, land and properties as well as garnish your wages if you don't pay immediately...again for work this company has never done. They have also threatened to take action against my licenses, bonds and permits which I am questioning is even legal. I want a refund for the money they took for services they said they could do, but never rendered. I would like the threats and harassment to stop immediately and I think it is important that people become aware of how this company misrepresents their services and their tactics when people try to terminate the relationship due to their lack of performing the services they were hired to do. Trying to scare someone into paying them $4000 for their doing nothing is wrong. And I think people should know it.

After seeing a presentation from Oggvo at an online Realtor event (in which Oggvo claimed a wide range of solutions for both social media and client database and relationship management), I signed with Oggvo on 8/31, for a full year with payment of $2500 upfront. Claims were made about promotion of my business through social media (with an emphasis on Yelp and *** and solicitation of customer reviews. For the first six months, after uploading my current client database, results were weak; a handful of (admittedly positive) reviews, mostly from previous clients who had already posted reviews elsewhere. Oggvo heavily promoted an association with Yelp, and pushed membership upgrade there. I began to be hounded by an aggressive Yelp salesperson ("Sully"), to whom I finally capitulated to what I understood would be a $30 per month charge (02/08/22). I was supposed to have an onboarding call with this rep, but Sully e-mailed that day (02/11/22), saying she was sick, and would re-schedule. The call never came, and she never returned my calls. But Yelp proceeded to help itself to $810 from my business checking account (which I was specifically promised would NOT happen); when I spoke to Yelp, they didn't want to hear about it ("obviously you don't want (an upgraded membership)"; Oggvo didn't want to hear it either, and my Oggvo rep *** would just dismiss my comments: "Just forget about Yelp, it's not working for you". A number of my 5-star reviews on Yelp - SPECIFICALLY those that came via Oggvo - were moved to "Not Recommended" status BECAUSE they came via Oggvo. (Yelp claims it considers these to be "requested" reviews; it posted a message "Don't ask for reviews" on my page, even though I hadn't). In other words, utilizing Oggvo is COUNTERproductive. So far, because of Oggvo, I'm out $2500+$810 = $3300. And today (06/11/2022), I find I can't even log into Oggvo; multiple browsers are saying Oggvo's security certificate has expired (as of 6/10/2022).

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have lied to me from the first phone call that I had with them. BEWARE THEY WILL HAVE A COLLECTIONS AGENCY AFTER YOU IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEIR SERVICE!They don't mention to you that they are doing tactics that will get you kicked off of *** I verified this with *** They did not allow my clients to leave all possible star reviews and only four or five star reviews. While this might sound great, this goes directly against *** terms of service and they can kick you off of there platform potentially ruining your business. They don't mention to you that they are doing this against *** terms of service. I recorded our initial zoom conversation where the salesman explicitly says on tape that they do this practice. And I also have their sales representative *** on email stating that they do this. I only found out that this could get me kicked off of *** after discussing it with a *** representative myself when I was already in the contract. They have social media advertisements saying that you will get 25 five-star reviews on *** in the first 25 days. And when I told them I have not had that in the first 25 days they made up some BS excuse as to why it hadn't happened and I still don't have them to this day. They try to make an excuse that I don't have the reviews because of the amount of business I'm doing yet I told the sales representative exactly how many people I was serving per month and he still said that this would be a good option for me. They should have never allowed me to join the company knowing that I do not have that much business to be able to ask for that many customer reviews. An honest *** would have said this was not the right fit but they were money hungry and tricked me into this program.They make outrageous claims saying that you will rank in multiple different ZIP codes after just a couple months... see *** for complete review
