omg y'all, do NOT use this website for your gown needs. I straight up got scammed and didn't even get the right size. They only gave me $20 back outta the $150 I paid. That's straight up robbery fam. So watch out and don't make the same mistake I did. Peace.

or not. The dress came in a bit wrinkled, but that was an easy fix. It did fit well, though, and looked just like the pictures online. The communication with the company was also a bit iffy, and it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. But overall, if you're willing to take a bit of a risk with your order, NCGowns has some beautiful dresses at great prices. Just be prepared for a few bumps along the way.

I ain't gonna lie, NCGowns did me dirty. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and what they sent me was straight up trash. It was all wonky and the seams were coming apart. And when I tried to ask for a return address, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and wouldn't give it to me. But thank goodness my credit union hooked me up and gave me back my $400.

Bottom line, y'all need to stay far away from this company. They're just gonna rob you blind and send you junk. Save your money and go somewhere else for your fancy dress needs.

I had the worst experience with NCgowns, honestly I'd give it zero stars if I could. Eventually I realized that I had been scammed out of my money.
I can't emphasize enough how furious I am with this company and "Lucy" in particular. It's one thing to run a shady business, but to actively steal from unsuspecting customers is beyond despicable.
Save yourself the hassle and money and look elsewhere for a gown. Don't fall for the trap of this fraudulent company.

So, I went to ncgowns.com to order a fancy outfit for grandma to wear at my wedding. It was supposed to be a special occasion and we wanted her to look glamorous. But what we received was not at all what we had ordered. It was a total let down, to be honest. Not happy with the product, I decided to return it. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. The return address listed on the package was totally bogus. Can you believe it? I mean, come on! I tried to contact the customer service, but they did not give me any credible answers. So, I'm now left with the only option of disputing the funds with my bank. Mark my words, folks, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a sham!

So I recently splurged on a dress from NCgowns for a whopping $350. So excited to wear it to a fancy event I was going to attend! However, the wait time was a whopping two months before it even arrived at my doorstep. By then, my level of anticipation was through the roof, so you could imagine my disappointment when I finally opened the package.

The dress was made of horrible quality fabric and the overall craftsmanship was subpar to say the least. Not to mention, the sizing was way off. I couldn't even squeeze into it! I was so upset about the whole ordeal that I immediately emailed customer service about returning the dress. Weeks went by and I had still received no response. I reached out multiple times but was given the silent treatment.

Feeling helpless and upset, I was forced to escalate the issue. I expressed my frustration at the lack of response and poor quality of the dress. Even then, it took them forever to provide me with a return address. It was like they were hoping I would just forget about the whole thing and be stuck with a dress that I can never wear. I was persistent and after contacting them numerous times and complaining, they finally provided me with an address to return the garbage dress.

Here's the kicker, they refused to refund me the amount of money I spent on the dress. Though I provided a list of legitimate reasons why I shouldn't have to pay for it, they basically told me to shove it. Weeks turned into months and I still have yet to receive my money back. To say that I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. What a nightmare experience.

So, I had my fianc? buy a wedding dress from NCgowns. He waited for ages for the dress to come, and when it did, it wasn't the one he ordered. I tried to get in touch with them two weeks ago to get information on how to return it, but I'm still waiting and none of the emails I got from them had any real info. Now I'm just hearing crickets.

I'm fumin'! Y'know, I made an order for a dress from NCgowns. But, ya see, the thing is, I didn't like it when it showed up at my door. It was too darn small, and in person it didn't look so good. You'd think that wouldn't be a big deal, right? I mean, their website promises returns within 15 days of getting the thing. I thought I was covered, I really did. But lemme tell ya, it's been a heck of a time tryin' to get the information to return the dang thing. I've sent them over 10 emails and they just keep ignoring me. It's enough to make ya lose your head!

They even tried to bribe me with a small amount of money if I'd just keep the darn suit and not bother them anymore! Can you believe it?

Suffice it to say, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from NCgowns. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this here website.
