Disappointing Experience with NationwideBathrooms' Refund Process

I've been using NationwideBathrooms (nationwidebathrooms.com) for some time now, but it's been a bumpy ride. I’ve had some issues with them, specifically getting a refund. It's been six weeks and I still haven't received a refund for the money owed to me. If I had the chance to visit them in person, I’d demand my money back because this has been frustrating and inconvenient. So far, it's been a disappointing experience with NationwideBathrooms.
