VictorianPlumbing Impossible to return

I wanted to return a shower enclosure as it was too big. It is more or less impossible to return unless you pay ridiculous prices for couriers or you drive it back to the showroom which is nearly 2 hours away. We are now £350 out of pocket as we had to reorder another. Where does it actually say that they don't organise returns?

Desired outcome: I would like them to organise a return service of which I am happy to pay the same amount as it was for delivery of £45 and then refund my payment.

VictorianPlumbing delivery, customer service and product

I ordered a shower door in June, with delivery scheduled. Delivery was not scheduled but a man came with a pallet and tried to abandon it in the street anyway (luckily I was at home that day)
I told them I needed it delivered into the house and the man took it away
I called Victorian Plumbing who informed me I needed to pay extra for delivery into the building . I did so.
It is now 31st August and still no delivery - I have spoken to the courier numerous times who have told me that the door is on the way back to Victorian Plumbing
I have spoken o victorian Plumbing on LiveChat (they do not want to speak to their angry customers in person) who say its with the couriers and they cannot give me a timeline

I want my shower door delivered immediately, into the house, then I want a refund for all delivery fees (they have refunded me £28 of over a hundred I spent on delivery) and an apology call from a manager who can explain to me why they think this is a suitable/acceptable way to treat customers

VictorianPlumbing Where is my order

On 1st June my builder ordered various bathroom items (totalling around £780 including the £40 for next day delivery) ORD-[protected]-3895871. We are now 7th June and there is no sign. My son has waited in every day since waiting for the courier which had been Palletway but was then sub-contracted to someone else who apparently is non-contactable. No one will take responsibility for this order and, quite understandably, my builder has now gone off to another job - thank you Victorian Plumbing. I have asked and asked to be contacted by phone but this has been ignored and I have only received one very unhelpful email saying the £40 delivery fee has been refunded.

Desired outcome: I would like the items ordered

VictorianPlumbing Failure to Delver or acknowledge email questions

On 5 May 21 I ordered through the Victorian Plumbing Website, a Bayswater Stiffkey Blue Porchester Soft Close Toilet Seat and paid the sum of £125.19 which included delivery charges. To date, despite frequent emails I have had no Order Number, no Invoice and no delivery date.

Their website still shows this item as being in stock.

I have twice requested either a response or my money back; all I have had back is a list of FAQs which bear no resemblence to my questions.

Desired outcome: An real response to my questions and delivery date or my cash back

VictorianPlumbing done with them

This company is a joke. I have never dealt with any company worse than this one.
The saddest part about them is once you pay the bill they don't give a crap about your satisfaction. Customer service that was nice to you yesterday when you were choosing what to buy, but then all of a sudden they turn into rude monsters. I honestly hate this place and would never recommend anyone to deal with them. Oh, one of their representatives - Sarah, should be fired as soon as possible for being so mean.

VictorianPlumbing Terrible service

We have ordered a sink from www.victorianplumbing.co.uk and the one arrived was incorrect. I spoke to one of their customer service representatives which said that it was possible to get a replacement. So we sent the wrong sink back and later received a confirmation that VictorianPlumbing did receive it.
They said we'll get the new one within two weeks.
Two weeks later nothing arrived so we contacted them again and they said they need more time. And the same thing happened over and over again!
We finally received the correct sink two months later! The worst service ever!

VictorianPlumbing the order missed one part and the seller hasn't delivered it

I have ordered shower from www.victorianplumbing.co.uk. I got the order really on time, but the grub screw was missing. I called to the company and spoke with couple of managers, who assured me that I would get the missing part within couple of days, but it wasn’t true. I didn’t get the grub screw and it was such a waste of time. Please, be caution and inform your friends that they don’t provide any missing things.

VictorianPlumbing Seller still hasn't decided about my defective suits

I bought two bathroom suites from www.victorianplumbing.co.uk. But they both were defective, so I contacted the seller and told that these suits were defective. The seller asked to provide proof and I sent all photos, which I made. The seller told me that he needed time and would provide the response within couple of days. But I haven’t heard from the seller several weeks. I have no idea how to get anything from this person.
