National Tire & Battery [NTB] review: Spark plugs

To change 4 spark plugs I was charged $248.58. The plugs provided were priced at 4X their market value ($38.33/spark plug so $153.32 for 4 plugs!) For a Hyundai, not a Bentley, this is really unacceptable since business like NTB buy parts with a discount, so each plug should have cost no more than $9. Was the price of 38.33 for a pack of 4 plugs (as it should have been) and they multiplied this by 4, like they installed me 16 plugs? Everybody I talked to told me I was ripped off big time.

I also had to wait 3 hours for such a simple operation (the plugs are easily accessible in a Hyundai Accent).
