On Thursday December 19, 2019 I took my 2008 Honda Accord (mileage 231680) in for a 4 new tires, brakes and oil change. Customer Number on invoice is [protected], order number [protected]. After the work was completed 6 hours later, I was never told there was an issue with the oil plug screw being stripped. So on September 11, 2020 I take the Honda to Honda dealership for new oil change (mileage 239, 556) where they tell me the pan and the screw needed to be replaced and who ever changed the oil before their service had stripped the screw and packed some sort of coil around it to the allow the screw to tighten. So now $562 had to be paid for new oil pan and screw. NTB was the last business to change the oil. I realize things happen but not to inform the customer of the issue is totally unacceptable.
