National Tire & Battery [NTB] review: oil change

Had NTB perform a tire rotation and oil change on my Dodge Charger SRT8 and when I left the shop to get on the highway I notice the engine light wad on. I took a detour and stopped at the closest gas station to check the oil and noticed oil was not registering on the dip stick. I called the shop supervisor to come inspect the car at the gas station and he comes to the conclusion that they might've left the old gasket on after changing the filter which didn't allow for a good seal. They were able to confirm it by going back to the shop and searching for my old filter only to discover the gasket was not on it meaning they double gasketed my vehicle. I'm am now stuck at the gas station waiting on a tow truck so they can inspect my vehicle and do a proper oil change. Two concerns I have is what if damaged occurred to my engine and the filthy mess the oil leak left on my normally clean engine. Now I'm stuck with the burden of taking it to a dodge dealer to be inspected and reporting it to my insurance company.
