I came to fix flat new tire. I inspected it prior to visit & didn't see puncture as it was small & not visible. After almost two hours of waiting at NTB associate told me that the tire can't be fixed as puncture was too big and started offering me to buy new tire from their stock. I requested to show me puncture. Associate accompanied me inside workshop. I saw patch on roughly made large size hole in my tire that was not there before I came to this store. Associate told me they didn't have patches of size large enough to fix it thus I would need to buy new tire. I have strong feeling this large hole was done intentionally to pressure me to buy new tire from this store. This is unacceptable! I visited few tire shops in the 22192 area and didn't find any having in stock tire of brand I needed to replace on my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE. So I had to buy brand new one tire (Dunlop Enasave 205/55 R16 1A/S 91H) from TireRack for $177.40. Thus I demand to reimburse me this expense.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of my expense $177.40
