National Football League [NFL] michael vick being honored by the nfl is disgusting

There are plenty of wonderful, talented players in the NFL who are upstanding community members and citizens who did not hang, electrocute, torture, and kill our domesticated animal friends. Why are you HONORING him? Why not just let this POS fade off into obscurity? he has his money and is set for life. Other athletes have been scorned and spurned for so much less. You do not need to exalt him and it's oddly worrisome that you're so fascinated in rehabilitating this idiot when he has never shown remorse for what he did, despite knowing it was wrong.

It's a sad day when you are hell bent as an org to bring a man down for wanting to express his personal beliefs that hurt no one, but you bend over backwards to honor this loser.

I no longer support the NFL until you retract this egregious error in judgment.

National Football League [NFL] michael vick honoring

It is atrocious that the NFL is going to provide any honoring or compliment to a man who committed such horrible and heinous acts to animals for fun and profit. I am a season ticket holder and I'm really getting tired of the NFL getting everything wrong! You don't protect players who commit domestic violence, you do not honor individuals who commit heinous acts, you do not encourage political statements and grandstands while I'm paying for entertainment, you don't see nearly as many mistakes made by other sports leagues. I am almost at my limit with this debauchery, you honor Vick and I'm looking for a new sport to invest my money into! Simple as that, you have a right run things as you wish and I have a right to spend my money where I wish.

National Football League [NFL] request that pos michael vick not be pro bowl captain!!

The bottom line is this - When you make a conscious decision to torture another living creature simply for your own amusement, you have crossed a line that can never be uncrossed. And when you make the conscious decision to summarily execute by means most foul those creatures who failed to properly amuse you while you were torturing them, for my money you have lost your seat at the banquet that is America's celebrity bounty. - Author Jamie FitzGerald

National Football League [NFL] michael vick

Why would we put a convicted felon and calloused animal abuser/murderer in a position of "Captain" for the ProBowl? Just like every other criminal, he should go away...and most certainly should not be held in high regard by any organization.

The NFL is sabotaging the career of a peaceful vegan protestor (Colin Kaepernick) while holdIng in high regard, a convicted felon and violent killer.

The public is watching. The NFL is a joke.

National Football League [NFL] officiating

The officials in the Chiefs vs Patriots game have missed so many calls and have got multiple completely wrong for both sides. The worst officiating I have seen in the 23 years of my life. These refs need to be fined or fired. Clearly something with betting going on with the officials. This is embarrassing. They are ruining your ratings. Also, the fights and insane nasty late hits are not being called. You are putting players at risk. All of this can lead to loss of viewers and multiple law suits. Save yourselves and fix this immediately!

The officiating of the 8 Dec 2019 Chiefs Patriots game needs to be investigated.

The near-goal-line out of bounds call that denied the Patriots a touchdown is indisputably erroneous as the CBS replays and the pylon cam clearly show. The player definitely did not step out of bounds and the ball crossed the line inside the pylon before his shoulders were out.

The failure to call a pass interference call when CBS replays clearly show the defender wrapping both arems around the torso of the receiver and trapping his arms is a travesty because two officials were there and neither called a penalty.

This officiating is literally the worst I have ever seen and is highly suspicious.

The game should be reversed and either replayed or awarded to the Patriots.

National Football League [NFL] michael vick as pro bowl captain

Please remove Michael Vick as a Pro Bowl Captain
Judi Lakin
Sat 12/7/2019 5:01 PM
To Whom It May Concern,

I am surprised and dismayed with the selection of Michael Vick as a Pro Bowl captain. He is a convicted animal abuser. Fun fact: serial killers often have animal abuse in their history. (https://www.independent.co.uk/news/long_reads/domestic-violence-animal-cruelty-abuse-neglect-murder-children-dogs-a9018071.html

The link is established between serial killers and animal cruelty
It's long been thought that serial killers started life abusing and killing animals but, reports Jane Dalton, new research into the psychological effect on children who witness violence is driving action to protect people
www.independent.co.uk
: just one article about the link between killers and abusers as well as pointing out that children witnessing animal abuse are psychologically damaged.) We all know how much children idolize and look up to football players as heroes.

The NFL has chosen to put a known animal abuser in a prominent honorary position. I respectfully request you reconsider this choice and replace Mr. Vick. It is not enough that he served a part of his sentence:

From Google Search: Quarterback Michael Vick released from prison after serving 18 months for dogfighting ring. Disgraced NFL star Michael Vick has been released from federal prison after 18 months behind bars for his role in a brutal dogfighting operation. (His sentence was only 23 months which was also a travesty, but a result of lenient laws given the connection to more violent acts.)

His crime should be the only reason needed not to honor him with Hall of Fame status or honorary positions. I don't think he should have been allowed to return to the NFL at all. All players convicted of crimes, particularly violent ones, should have their privilege of playing and representing the NFL revoked unless the League is OK with being represented by a bunch of thugs and criminals. It is an honor to play at the national level. Talent alone cannot be the only criteria.

I am an ardent football lover/fan, past season ticket holder and game attendee plus I spend money on NFL licensed goods. I am seriously reconsidering my support based on this particular situation. I hate to lose something I love, but I cannot sanction this decision with continued support.

I truly hope the NFL will reconsider and retract its invitation to Michael Vick and issue an apology for naming him in the first place. I highly recommend you and the decision makers take a moment to review Mr. Vick's case and the accounts of his cruelty. They are unconscionable.

National Football League [NFL] pro bowl

I'm outraged, appalled, repulsed, revolted, sickened and disgusted by this leagues decision to continually promote a criminal animal abuser and dog fighter. The pain and suffering, the torturous acts, the beatings, hangings and other atrocities Michael Vick plagued upon his dogs and you have the audacity to consider this man a legends captain? To promote this man as a role model, mentor, good citizen? Look around your league to instead promote the gentlemen who are true role models and mentors, the men you would be proud to have your children follow in their footsteps. This man is neither. There are no "dues" that he's paid, no forgiveness he can achieve since his victims cannot offer him the forgiveness he should be seeking as they were beaten to death, drowned, tortured, hanged, or savagely ripped apart. Michael Vick is a stain on your league and should be treated as one. How does this reflect on you? Your leagues ignorance to confront and acknowledge the crimes he's committed?
You have the opportunity to be the voice for the voiceless, will you take it or will you allow yourself to become part of Michael Vicks stain on society?

National Football League [NFL] michael vick

How can you possibly honor Michael Vick with captain of the legends team? This man should still be in prison. He committed horrendous physical harm and death to many animals. He committed never forgivable crimes. You pay people like him millions, continue to look the other way. Do you not have one other player in time who had ethics and did not beat, torture living things you could choose? As a kid and through most of my adult life NFL players were role models - really now? Rapists, murders, woman abuser, drug addicts, out of control gamblers, and let's not forget the ones who completely disrespect the country that pays them millions. Clean up your organization and promote good men and role models for children again. Develop respect for the NFL.

National Football League [NFL] gb packers vs 49’ers referees ghost fouls

The referring on this game is demonstratively one sided and in favor of the 49'ers. Particularly by the side judges. The NFL has no way for fans to complain directly about their poor quality and rigged games done by one or two referees each game.
The NFL will pay dearly for their lack of ethics and taking advantage of the fans.media excuses it all

National Football League [NFL] myles garrett

I'm a middle aged White male who serves the inner city black community. I said all along that Rudolph said a racial slur. First he said he never said anything but in the still photos you can clearly see him yelling at Myles when he got up and charged at him. Hmm. Read his lips, his placement of his tongue, It seems fairly obvious at what he's communicating here. It's a long loud drawn out, interrupted, as he's getting around Decastros block [censored]. Ask 66 ask the ref who's there. Chances are they'll deny it. Then ask what he did say? Because he obviously said something. So you can ignore this but Cleveland Fans will not. You have seen our persistence and strength before! Look how calm Myles is as the start of Nig is coming out then comes the drawn out Errr. This is obvious given the State of emotion involved.

National Football League [NFL] dangerous activity (assault)

I attended the chiefs vs chargers football game in mexico city. Never play a game in that stadium in the future. When the game was over no police were around and the main gate was locked for fans to exit. One small gate approx. 6 feet wide was the only exit point for 70, 000 plus fans to exit. That choke point resulted in a major pickpockets scam. I had my cell phone stolen along with two others in our group. Over a thousand individuals reported stolen wallets, phones and money. One guys grabbed the thief and found a police officer and explained that this thief has his phone in his pocket. The officer told the man to let the thief go and he ran off with the stolen phone. Total [censored]. The nfl put us all at risks. I'm a chargers season ticket holder for 30 years and also attend 3-4 road games a year. Never will I attend a game in mexico city again and the nfl should immediately suspend hosting games there. I attended the london game last year and it was a wonderful experience.

There were 2500 police officers assigned to that game alone. A huge stadium does not have only one door to exit. Complete fake complaint above.

National Football League [NFL] salute to service products with american flag logo

To the commissioner and league officials
I am writing to the NFL office because I am deeply concerned about the salute service products being sold right now. The idea is a great idea but the products are an embarrassment, I recently purchased and received several products including a hoodie. I did not notice at first but the american flag is not accurate. The patch has the stars in the top right corner. This is not our flag. Obviously stars should be in left corner. I called the nfl.com shop thinking only this item was a problem but apparently all items with american flag patches have the incorrect flag. If you go to the product website you can see it for yourself. apparently this was not a big concern to the customer service person I spoke to. She offered a credit but thats about it.
This is a salute to our military heroes who place their lives on the line for country and flag and the american flag is wrong. Having an incorrect flag is extremely wrong and unpatriotic. These products should all be recalled and replaced.
Please respond.

National Football League [NFL] rule changes not being upheld

The NFL made a rule change this year for the coaches to be able to pass interference on the field. (calls and non-calls) With the low number of reversals on these challenges I can only believe that this was just a token to appease the New Orleans players and fans and that they had no intention of ever upholding these rules. In the Houston vs Baltimore game today there was a non call in the end zone. Houston challenged the call on the field. The network officiating analyst stated that he could have been called for interference on 3 issues. 1): The defender grabbed the jersey and impaired his progress while the ball was in flight and before it got to the receiver, 2): the defender hit his pads while the ball was in flight and before the ball got to the receiver and 3): the defensive man turned the receiver prior to the ball getting to the receiver. The officials ruled it to stand as called. If these are not enough to overturn a non call on the field what is?

NFL Pass Interference rule is stiffing the paying fan and filling the owners pockets. Why can't the NFL just be honest with us? Clearly DeAndre Hopkins was twisted and grabbed before the pass arrived.

Why wouldn't the NFL suspend Damarius Randall at least one game, besides the ejection, for spear heading with the crown of his helmet into Dontae Johnson?!?!?!?!...That was almost as disturbing to watch as the melee at the end of the game!...The NFL preaches concussion safety yet this defenseless receiver was blindsided so badly that he looked totally despondent and bleeding all the way off the field on the cart...Disgusting, and I'm not even at all a Steelers fan

National Football League [NFL] mason rudolph initiated the incident on thursday night football!

Dear NFL,
I have followed you since I was a small child for over 40+ years. To hear that Mason Rudolf was only fined for his involvement at the end of the game is ludicrous and ridiculous. He should definitely be suspended both for his racial slurs and his action to initiate the fight. He clearly tried to rip Garrett's helmet off and kick him in the groin. Garrett over reacted and should not have done what he did. He was suspended for the season and playoffs while Rudolf gets off with just a monetary fine?!? I think not. Mason Rudolf deserves a suspension as much as or even more than Garrett. Frustrated by the NFL not treating every incident equally! SUSPEND RUDOLF NOW AS WELL!

I completely agree with you. Mason Rudolph deserves a suspension. He initiated the fight by trying to remove Myles helmet. Kicking Myles in the groin and bull rushing him with 2 linemen. And Mason Rudolph did not get suspended is bologna

National Football League [NFL] nfl sunday ticket

You need to take the NFL Sunday Ticket away from ATT. They manage it poorly.
I called to cancel my my whole DirecTv service on Aug 14, including my NFL Sunday Ticket. I got another bill so I called again on Aug 23rd and was told it would be removed. Now they are telling me that I owe for the first payment for the NFL Sunday Ticket plus late fees, oh and of course taxes. The so called manager, who sounded a lot like the first guy I spoke to, told me since I didn't pay my July 24, before I cancelled my DTV service those charges will remain valid. When I cancelled my service and NFL Ticket the charges should have been reversed. All my other charges were but not the NFL Sunday Ticket charge. This is NOT right. I asked for someone higher than him and was told I would have to wait for a call call as no one higher was in the building.

National Football League [NFL] buffalo bills vs cleveland browns “forward pass”

Take a look at the Buffalo Bills vs Minnesota Vikings game in 2018. Josh Allen did the same exact play as Mayfield did when he tossed the ball And his player missed it, yet the Call was a fumble resulting in a loss of yards for the Bills in the Minnesota game. In yesterday's game a Bills player recovered the ball and ran for the touchdown when Mayfield did this but it was called an "incomplete forward pass". As a result Buffalo did not receive the points and the game ended in a Buffalo loss. Why should we, as fans, continue to pay good money to support the NFL when the people making decisions on the field don't know the rules, aren't consistent, and have a vendetta against certain teams. National Football League [NFL] nfl referees

Carolina/Packers game from 11/10/19
Roughing the passer call that was as blatantly not since he hadn't thrown the football yet, and the face mask no-call against the Packers. Those calls likely cost the Panthers a fair game and a possible win. There were others as well but too many too many to put in here. Refs should either be held accountable or any blatant calls should be reviewed. Period.

National Football League [NFL] local tv coverage

Everything you do about local TV coverage is done so that we have our local game available and we're not allowed to steam games so that we will watch the local game. I think it is wring then if our local channel does not carry the local game.

Case in point. On Nov 10th (today) the Lions played the Bears at 1pm in Chicago. The local Fox affiliate in Ft Wayne, IN carried the Falcons /Saints game - two teams who are no where near here and little or no local interest, especially when the Falcons had only won 1 game.

On the other hand the Lions and Bears have the longest-running rivalry in the NFL and have met at least once a season since 1930 - that's 89 years! If you're not going to require the local Fox affiliate to run the local game then let us stream the game over the internet. This policy is BS!

National Football League [NFL] nfl game pass

I feel that I have been abused by the NFL Game Pass people:
1. I live in Israel but signed up for the Domestic Game Pass without knowing it.
2. Everything worked fine for several weeks but then I couldn't use the system anymore.
3. I finally was informed that I needed an International pass and would have to pay for it additionally.
4. So then I paid for an international pass.
5. I applied for a refund for the domestic pass but was told I wasn't entitled to a refund for the domestic pass because the 14 day window for refunds had expired. (Of course I did not ask for it earlier because everything was working fine earlier!)
6. Then I got angry and cancelled my international pass well within the 14-day window.
7. Now I was told that the 14-day period began long earlier when I first purchased the domestic pass and I was therefore not entitled to a refund on the international payment either! (Get it? On the one hand International has nothing to do with domestic but when it comes to refunds, they are clearly related)
8. I defy you to show me where in your documentation it says there are two different organizations, domestic and international.
9. To add fuel to the fire (makes Simi Valley look like a matchstick), when I understood that I was not getting an international refund I asked to be reinstated but was told that if I wanted reinstatement I would be charged yet another fee!
10. Ladies and Gentlemen, I rest my case. Please give me my money back. At the age of 83 I have no interest in dealing with your Game Pass people. I pass on Game Pass. (and by all means take my data out of your records and do not implement auto-renewal for me)
11. PS I still love my Seahawks (I grew up in Seattle.)
