Thus far, I've had a great experience. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The service is perfect for credit monitoring and repair purposes. Knowing your scores before applying for a loan, gets you power.

My experience has been amazing so far! My credit has jumped more than 100+ since joining. I paid someone to help with my credit but truthfully all I needed to do was signup with SmartCredit. It provides an actionable process and so many different systems to take charge of your credit score.

My credit score was a 406 and the rent prices were killing me. Thanks to tyler andrews with total credit solutions and smart credit.com i now have a piece of mind and had found out my credit had been sold on the dark web from the experien breach and actually several others. Now i have my home iof my dreams, the damage is repaired, i have a dog, and i finally found a gf and can afford the thing i really want.

They make it so hard to cancel you are likely to pay out 30 to 60 dollars before you get the account closed. Once you find the link (using google) to cancel the try to "up sell" you over 4 windows, while telling you all the great stuff you are missing by canceling their useless service. Once you get past the up sell, they tell you that you must call to cancel. After forever on hold the up sell starts again. I resorted to escalating emails, starting at "please cancel" and ending in "I am going to flag future charges as FRAUD". They cancelled finally. Stay away, even though Jean Chatzky's name is attached they are BAD BAD BAD.

If i could give negative stars of this "credit monitoring" company I would. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. I visited their website on 11/18 and have been trying to cancel my membership since 11/20 due to the holiday I was unable to accomplish this (I called and emailed -BTW you CANNOT go to their website and "select cancel memembership) Once I finally got ahold of the company the dude that answered the phone argued with me about me actually trying to cancel, lectured me about how I need to keep the membership and check my information frequently... thank you Credit Karma I do this with ease with you and if I would like I can go through the same thing in December because he will give me a free month... BUT I need to call back and try to cancel this again. No thank you just give me my refund and cancel this dang thing. I honestly have not ever been argued with in the way I just was, I said that both times I have called i was on hold for over 5 minutes and was told "hmmm that is strange because just now it was ONLY 4 minutes and 18 seconds." Um actually JERK it was 5 minutes 28 seconds... I am timing you on my cell phone without even having to push a timer... WOW way to talk a customer into staying and keeping your service... Beware of this one, this guy had me seeing red!

credit score is already going up. SmartCredit is easy to use and has a lot of helpful tools to keep track of my credit. I like the alerts that let me know when something changes on my credit report. It's also nice to see my credit score updated every month. The website is user-friendly and I haven't had any issues navigating it. I can't believe that I have to pay for SmartCredit to monitor my credit and then when I want to check it out, they charge me another fee. What the heck, man? It's like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I mean, I get that they need to make a profit, but come on. It's not like I'm asking for anything crazy here. I just want to see my credit score and make sure everything is okay. Is that too much to ask?

But if you're already using SmartCredit and you're happy with it, then I guess there's no harm in sticking with it. Just be prepared to pay extra if you want to actually see your credit score.
