Then, this company kept pulling more and I was charged two more times, for a total of four charges at $29.95 each! I was furious and called to complain, but they did not refund anything. They said it was my fault and their policy to not refund. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and felt like they did not care about my concerns.

In the end, I decided to never use SmartCredit again and stick to the free credit score tools available. They all do the same thing and show the exact same scores as SmartCredit does.
