I ordrred 2 items but had to return them within 27 days, both were unused. Their online policy ststes a 30 day full refund policy but a day after receiving my items sandra called and told me they were imposing a 15% fee. So they could keep $147.50 of my "full refund price". So they lie and impose a verbal fee if you return online orders. Would caution...
