My Mother Mrs. Kanak Jana (Senior Citizen) had an operations/Surgery on her right hand and Dr. Arindam Ganguly, who did this surgery had asked her to visit him for routine checkup post surgery.
She went on Monday, 19th April for the same.

She was refused to be given an appointment on that day and was asked to book it online. An elderly woman was made to run with her broken arm from pilar-to-post by the staff members and when she pleaded to book an appointment for next Monday atleast, she was treated rudely by staff members.

I am her son, staying in Bangalore and this incident happened at Narayana Super speciality Hospital, Howrah.

I am shocked by this kind of behaviour by the hospital reception staff. My sister stays abroad, I am in Bangalore & my parents lives in Howrah.

After this incident I would prefer Fortis, Poddar or Apollo for the treatment for my parents rather than Narayana Hospital. How do expect a senior citizen to be tech savvy to book appointment online whose son & daughter are residing abroad. Kindly pass this information to Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Howrah and inform staff members to be professional atleast who are in contact with customers at the reception area.

We had a vedio consultation with Dr. Pratik Das ( Nephrologist) at R.N tagore hospital-kolkata on yesterday ( 21.01.2021) for my father ( Name-Tapan Sarkar). He has kidney decease and doctor advised to change medicine but post 24 hours of vedio consultation, we have yet not received Doctors Presciption which was supposed to upload after few minutes of consultation.

We have been trying many times customer care no since today's morning, they are always saying your request has been shared to the concerned person.

Please help us to get this resolved at the earliest.

My mother been admitted in Narayana hrudayalaya on emergency on 3rd November, she was shifted to ICU on third floor C wing 18 bed, only this is information we got, almost three days, we have not received any updates on her health condition. And we are not allowed to see her even we have valid covid test negative report from same hospital. They have just given us estimate for the procedure, later no response, from them. We are ready with money but we don't know what to do next. Tried contacting doctor, manager on duty, nurses even the security. But no proper information been provided.

Age-75 had an appointment with Dr pratik Das on 5/10/20 at 6.50 pm. We waited for last 2.30 min for consultation but no one inform us any thing. We called up customer care they informed us that some one will assists us but we did not get any reply. We called up customer care service at least 10 times. If there is any problem authority should have inform us. Sorry to say we are hopeless with service.

Very Very Very poor admin peple in Narayana Heart Center at Kolar. They are badly treating attenders. Not having humanity.
They treat the patients attenders like a animal. Especially in the Heart Center manager.
Today I had a very bad experience with him (Mr.Lokesh on duty Manager).
I need reply.

My wife is pregnant and it's 9th Month her expected date is before 15th April.
We are doing regular check up with your hospital in Raipur.

But while visiting your hospital for last movement checkup for any complications your hospital dennied stating that opd is closed.

Considering the criticality please consider my request for checkup rather to going for Regulatory authority complaining about the issue

My mother who is a chronic kidney patient was hospitalized on January 11th 2020, by Dr Arun Kumar nephrologist and he performed all possible unnecessary tests and within two days the bill was 53, 000. All the tests, ultrasound and xray were norma and tha patient was treated with just paracetamol for feverl. As we are covered under insurance the hospital insurance department sent a cashless request for which the claim got rejected with a reason that they need justification from doctor for hospitalization of patient as she had just fever and the tests could have been performed on oPD. Both insurance incharge Mr Pavan and Dr. Arun had recklessly rejected the query and I professionally denied to give us the justification letter. Post this i came down all the way from Bangalore to request them for letter, the doctor said he will not give any such letter as he did all the tests suspecting infection but he don't want to justify the same. Mr Pavan has been so unprofessional and rude who don't want to even listen to what we are requesting. The consequences are we had to pay huge bill by our own pocket because Dr Arun's reckless management of fever and the non cooperation of Mr Pavan who never even listen to insurance company or us. I thought Narayana has good doctors and staff but after this i am highly disappointed and would like to take this matter to media if i dont get justification from doctor to why fever management was so complex. Mr Pavan is highly incapable of the post he is in he must be asked to leave as many capable and responsible people around who can do the job best.

Maine apne father ko narayana hospital guwahati branch mei admit kiya aur jab mai complaint book maangne ke liye opd counter pr gya toh wha pr apke employee ne mere sath bura behave kiya aur kaha ki apko jo karna hai karlo... Agr ye hospital assam ke alawa kisi dusri city mei hota toh kya ap kisi ko zaleel karne ki himmat karte? Kbhi nhi... Apki himmat is liye badh gyi hai ki asssamese log bohot izzat dete hai ap logo ko... Ab question ye raise hota hai ki ya toh narayana management waalo ne ye allow kar rakha hai ki asssamese logo ki parwah na karo bas inko zaleel karo ya phr koi aur baat hai... Ap narayana management se anurodh hai ki ap is par action lijiye aur mujhe jaldi inform kijiye... Kyuki mujhe f I r krne ke liye police ke pass bhi jana hai... Ek aur baat... Patient(Bimol Saha) was admitted in the Narayana hospital in August 31. And his CABG surgery was done on September 11. Everything was good till September 23. On September 23 he suddenly aspirate and became anxious. He was trying to remove all the canula and oxygen suppt. That's why he was transferred to ITU and there he was restrained. After 3/4 days in ITU he was developed ischemia in his both lower limbs. As patient party was not allowed to the ITU they didn't know when it was developed but when they asked about that all the doctors including Dr. Praveen Kumar assured that it'll be alright when patient starts walking. Patient was in hospital for almost 2 weeks more but nobody said anything about the ischemia even not in the time of discharge. When patient was going for follow up then they said he might need amputation. How can it be possible? It's clearly a case of negligence as well as hiding client's condition. Patient party is ready to file a formal complain against the hospital.

The Narayana hospital, HSR layout branch 3rd sector, opp to HSR club located, has the office front reception staffs, and the counter staffs, who is facing patients and attenders are very negligence, so slow to responds, making unnecessary delay and make us to long time standing in queue. After standing longer time in the queue, informed that doctor us not available. Fedup with this staffs.

Inconvience to Narayana Hrudayalaya to Vijayanagar 600K. We are facing problem not getting volvo bus from evening after 5.00pm. Before it was 4 volvo bus 600K but now only one bus that 5.00pm after that bus is their but they change the board to Depot 13 it will not go to vijayanagar & another bus for 6.00pm that will go before 5.30pm but we are employe of narayana hrudayalaya if we came after 5.30pm that bus will move to electronic city, but the patients, patients party who cares for patients & Narayana Hrudayalaya employees getting problems. If we get the other bus and get down to silkboard but we didn't get 500k after 5.30pm and one thing i want to till why give authority to change the board and taking their own decision.
