N26opening a bank account

I applied to open a bank account. I downloaded the app.

I answered all of the questions. I took pictures of my passport and myself and uploaded them. I was told that someone was checking my documents and that I would receive a response in a few days.

After weeks with no response, I submit a complaint via email. I am told someone will get back to me shortly. No one responds.

Today, I logged in to the app. For the THIRD time, I am told that I need to verify my identity.

N26 won't reject you because then you have a right to file an appeal. Instead, what they do is to delete your documents from the system every few days to make it seem as if you have not provided the necessary documents.

I am going to report them anyway.
