They are brutal. I signed up because N26 advertised that I could open an account and the account would be free for the first 60 days. Sadly, the moment I opened it, I've been hounded daily, yes, every single day, to "pay my membership fee".
I've asked to close my account, it's bee open for a week and no money went in or out yet, balance is €0. I get the run around and anytime I log in, the ONLY screen I get is a request to take a selfie. There's no way around it and I can't read the message they sent me an email about.

The most frustrating experience I've ever had with a bank. Went to Resolute and it's been seemless.

Recommendation: Don't fall for the bait-and-switch these people will pull on you.
