Mystethoscope.comThese people deserve to be shut down

Let me start by saying this review is not for the Lithmans 3200 stethoscope which is a good one as far as i can tell. This review however is for the horrible customer service at my stothoscope.com. I have never come across people like this in my online shopping experience and I shop online frequently. The stethoscope received was defective and have been unable to speak to anyone at my stethoscope.com. The do not respond to emails and when you call you get a voicemail which says they will call you within 24hours. Well after leaving about 10 voicemails I am not sure what time zone they are on since have never received a call back.. I would not recommend that anyone shop here. It's a little irritating when you spend $400 on a stethoscope and engraving that you cannot reach anyone. I will be sure to take this up with the authorities. These people deserve to be shut down.
