This company is the worst. I bought a Toddler Dechoked but never got it. I emailed them four times in six weeks asking where it was, and they said twice that they were sorry and sending a new one. But nothing ever came. I had to cancel with my credit card company, so be careful. They take your money and don't send anything.

I orderd 2 Dechokers, but got 1 for a kid and 1 for an adult. I sent lotsa emails and messages, but no one called back or answered my emails. I just wanna swap the kid one for another adult. I guess I should be happy I got them, cuz this company ain't trustable and their rep is goin down the toilet.

I ordered two of their things on Oct 29. But then I found out about a lawsuit so I cancelled. They said I'd get my money back in 3-7 biz days. But it's been a while and I still haven't got it. I tried to contact them but they haven't said anything since Nov 16.

I got the 3 pack of DeChokers from their website (2 for little kids and 1 for grown-ups) - one of the little kid DeChokers was messed up when I got it. I hit up the company in May, and on June 1st two different people (they emailed me and I still got it) said they'd send me a new one. But I still ain't got it and I tried hitting them up again but they ain't hit me back.

I saw this thing on *** and I bought one on May 21. I tried to get in touch with the company a bunch of times 'cause my package never came, but they didn't get back to me 'til June 16. I still ain't got my package yet. The post office said they never got it and I'm still waiting. I want my $50 back and for them to take their ad off of ***.

I hit up Dechoker on 1/26 to return some stuff. They said to mail it back (I paid for the mailing), and I can see that they got it on February 1st. I hit them up three times, and called, to ask why I ain't got my money back yet, but they ain't saying nothing. Order #: *** I can give you the USPS tracking IDs, but this form ain't letting me send them with it.

I got me a dechoker on 5/15 (order number: ***) and got the okay, but never got the thing. I emailed on 5/30 and again on 6/3, and finally got a response from *** on 6/4, saying the package got lost in shipping and they'd send a new one pronto. I asked for tracking but no word back. Still no product or shipping info on 6/15, so I asked for my money back... but no response.

I bought 2 Dechokers from Dechoker, LLC on 03/5/2022 but I ain't got them yet. I messaged them on April 7th asking for my money back but they said it would take *** days to process. The service people keep sending me dumb emails saying they don't know what's going on. I called the customer service number but they're no help and I can't even talk to a boss. It's now 05/21/22 and I still ain't got my $87.90 back.

Got a dechoker from Dechoker, LLC but it was not the size I wanted and it was busted. I needed a child size 3-12 but they sent me an adult one. They said they'd send another one and they did, but it was also busted in the same place. I told them and they said they'd send another one, but I had to remind them it had to be a child size. They started saying I ordered an adult size but I didn't. Haven't heard from them since and I'm out fifty bucks.

I paid $49.95 to Dechoker, LLC on 05/24 but still haven't got my product yet. I contacted their customer service 8 days ago and they said they would ship it within 3-5 business days, but they haven't done it yet. Tonight, my 2 year old daughter choked on her dinner and I didn't have the tool to help her, even though I paid for it a month ago. (Thankfully, we were able to remove the steak with back blows and she's okay now.) I don't trust this company anymore and just want my money back. Tracking Number:

I bought a Dechoker thingy on May 21 and paid with PayPal. They sent me an email saying they got my order. I emailed them on July 2nd to see where my stuff was at and they said there was a problem with *** and they would send me another one. I emailed them again on August 11th and didn't hear back. I emailed them again on September 26th asking for my money back and still haven't heard anything. I called the customer service number and it sounds like it's just some dude's cell phone with a voicemail that says "customer service." I think this company is shady and I might have gotten ripped off.

I got the three pack from Dechoker, LLC a few months ago. I kept them in their packages 'cause I never had to use them. Then I hired some employees and pulled one out to show how it works. While I was using it, a part fell off and it stopped working. I put the part back on and it started working again, but then it fell off again. It seems like it's missing some parts that keep it together. I told them about the problem, and they said they'd send me a new three pack. Two months went by, and I didn't hear anything. Then I pulled out the other two and found out they have the same problem. I paid over 150 bucks for these three, and all I want is for them to either replace them with new ones that work or give me my money back.

I got the Dechoker set in April and it was supposed to come in May. But it didn't come and I saw that it was stuck since May 1st. I called, emailed, and messaged them on Facebook but no one answered until May 18th. Thomas F said my order was stuck and he could send a new one or fix the old one. I gave my order info to another rep but it's been 10 days and I haven't heard back or got the new order. I said I want a refund if they can't give me what I ordered.

I bought 2 Dechoker thingies on November 12. One for grown-ups and one for kids. But when I got the email, it said I got 2 kid ones. I called the customer service number, but nobody picked up, so I left a message. I also sent an email. Two people wrote back on November 16. One lady said it was too late to change the order, but I could return it later. The other person said they'd send me the right one and a label to send back the wrong one. But now it's later, and I still don't have the right one or the label. I called twice, emailed once, and even messaged them on Instagram. They only answered on Instagram, and all they said was they'd tell the "main office".

I sent back the Dechoker thingy in June , just like they told me to. But I still haven't gotten my money back. I talked to them in July and they said they'd ask the people I bought it from to give me my money back. But I bought it from Dechoker's website and they sent it to me and I sent it back to them. They said they gave me my money back on July 24, but I got a new credit card because someone stole my old one. So I never got the money. I told them to give me a check instead, but they keep saying they're trying to get the money from the people I bought it from. It's been 4 months now and I still don't have my $139.90. I tried to talk to the people I bought it from too, but they won't answer me. It's not fair to make me wait this long for my money.

I asked for a refund after my order was not shipped in a reasonable amount of time They claimed to have issued my refund but did not.
