MyMHcommunity (mymhcommunity.com) is a great website to check out if you're looking for a safe and secure place to live. I recently moved to The Meadows on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens and I have to say, it's probably one of the safest middle-income communities in the county. I feel completely at ease here knowing that crime is 99.9% nonexistent. In fact, the only time I've personally seen the police here is to "help" a person move or, more rarely, handle a domestic call.

One of the things I love about this community is that people routinely walk at night without any fear. It's such a refreshing change from other neighborhoods where you have to constantly look over your shoulder. Children also play without supervision, but not without respect for others. It's great to see kids having fun and being able to enjoy their childhood without any worries.

The amenities at The Meadows are also top-notch. There's a beautiful pool area where you can relax and soak up the sun, as well as a fitness center where you can stay in shape. The clubhouse is also a great place to hang out and meet your neighbors.

Overall, I highly recommend MyMHcommunity if you're looking for a safe and secure place to live. The Meadows on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens is just one example of the great communities you can find on this website. So why not check it out and see for yourself? You won't be disappointed!

I've been living in this community for a good 20 years now, and I must say, it's not what it used to be. I've seen it go from a beautiful and peaceful place to a complete mess. There are people who drive like they're in a race, loud parties that go on until the wee hours of the morning, car thefts, and even destruction of park property. It's really sad to see what's become of this place.

The management here has tried to do something about it, though. They installed an automatic gate at great expense, but it seems like it's not doing much good. The gate is damaged on a weekly basis, and it's not hard to see why. The management here is just plain incompetent. Why spend $15,000 on a gate when you can easily walk through holes in the fences that have been there for years? It's just ridiculous.

The worst part is that the complacency of the management is noticed and laughed at by the community. It's like they don't even care about what's happening here. It's really frustrating to see this beautiful community go to waste like this. I really hope that something can be done to turn things around.

MyMHcommunity (mymhcommunity.com) has been a source of constant change when it comes to managers. It seems that they only last for a year, and when they leave, the rules change as well. It can be quite frustrating for residents who have to adjust to new management every year. Currently, we have a 24-year-old manager who talks down to seniors and plays favorites with younger women. It's not fair to the older residents who deserve respect and equal treatment.

The activities in the community have turned into a disco, with people hanging out and drinking alcohol around the pool. It's not a safe environment for seniors who want to relax and enjoy their retirement. The park is loaded with cats and rats, and the water stinks. To make matters worse, residents now have to pay for water, which is unacceptable.

The gates are always broken, and there's no film in the video surveillance. It's not a safe park for seniors, and it's a shame that the management doesn't seem to care about the safety of its residents. The flooding during the rainy season is unbelievable, and it's impossible to get out of the park. It's a disaster waiting to happen.

On a positive note, there's a fruit and vegetable truck that comes in every week, which is a nice addition to the community. However, there's no solicitation allowed, which can be frustrating for those who want to sell their goods or services.

Overall, I would not recommend living in MyMHcommunity. The constant change in management, the unsafe environment, and the lack of care for its residents make it a terrible place to live. Get out now before it's too late.
