I called this company out based on my neighbors reviews. We had a water line leak in our front yard. The technician came out and found that it was on the city's side. Explained who to call and what to tell them. I asked if he would stand there while I called. He even spoke to the city's rep and told him what they found. It turned out to be the city's responsibility and it all it cost me was the service call which I was happy to pay. Kind, honest and professional - highly recommend.
