Mutual & Federal — insurance company refuses to provide my information to me
2 days ago I discovered that I have been paying for a car tracking device on my car from 2014 and have never had one installed. To my knowledge Mutual and Federal was my initial insurer via Mont Blanc brokers.
The policy now sits with Quicksure. I called M&F to enquire about my initial policy and was greeted by a very abrupt call centre agent named Luvuyo Nqubelani. He was not prepared to give me any information on the policy and kept me on hold for over 15 minutes to be be transfered to his manager.
I will be reporting M&F to the insurance OMBUD. This is for you records.
