As per usual. Place my order.. Pay thru etransfer.. This last time accidentally sent etransfer with wrong order number.. So I requested the transfer be returned and then i'd resend with correct order number.. Which they always state order number has to correct.. Nothing else will do... Get text saying my order has been shipped.. Which is great.. But then just recieved a shaming message stating that as soon as i've recieved my order to cancel my account and shop elsewhere... I've been buying from these people for two years now.. Feel completely insulted.. Not good customer service.. Actually terrible customer service.
