Murphy Homes review: Keep looking and don't believe any promises

Buyer beware.  We bought new in 2023.  All kinds of finish corners were cut, in addition to poor installation of stucco panels and drywall.  Worse, the site was excavated so low that water can not drain to the street, and pooled above theh foundation, coming in through weep holes.  The poorly staffed office is unresponsive at best to warrantly claims.  Keep looking.
