Mungo Homes – I asked to remove dead trees, but I received the fake promises

We moved into new home, which was built by the company Mungo Homes. They left some rubbish in the front of home and three trees. So these trees dead and naked, and I called to this company and told to remove them, because these trees were useless and the agent promised to send the specialists. After that no one appeared and called them again. The situation was the same and fake promises. I was so disappointed in their services. Please, share this info.
