April 20th 2026 the unit did not work. Contacted mister cool reference computer board with no good. They told me it was not covered. Due to the fact, it was not installed by a technician. But it says on the box easy. Install by owner. I would you think when I told him I had an installer, install it with me which was my brother certified technician. They told me it was not covered due to the fact that it was installed by a technician, not my owner. No, whoever reads this, my advice. Don't buy you told me Mr cool. You will never get anywhere with the warranty . That is my issue with mister cool. She don't cover warranty.
