Unable to open RD account
I have been trying to open my account through app

I am using other bank apps too! But this one is very easy to use, quickly you can do transactions. Nicely designed. Just app password for transactions that’s helps lot while in abroad. Happy to use. Thank you so much!
UPDATE 1.9
The latest Update 1.9 does not work after updating the app! Re-started the phone and still problem exists. When one tries to open the app a pop up message pops up asking if you want to: UPDATE LATER OR UPDATE NOW?
The updation did not flow through the app!
Developer needs to fix the bugs in this release!
Not able to log in
I have NRE account and my phone number starts with +1 when I try to login it says “ Error
Response not received from service
provider. Kindly contact your mobile network
service provider and try again

I can confirm I am able to send regular sms to indian phone number starting with +91
I am not able to use app at all. I have contacted support 3 months ago and they said they will work on this issue and till day it is not fixed.
Note: I do get sms for OTP on my US number though. It’s just this sms is not being sent via stupid app that automatically goes out while login
