Moxie Pest Control review: Refusing to cancel contract after the one year is up

BEWARE! I cancelled my contract with Moxie in May 2026 when the one year was up. I thought everything was good until on the holiday in September I get a text saying they are coming for a service on Tuesday. Being a holiday, there was no answer to get them stopped. I called Tuesday morning at 9:30 and they charged me for the service and told me my account was not cancelled but on hold. I CANCELLED FOUR MONTHS PRIOR! I have emails proving it was cancelled but they charged me and refuse to reverse it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT WHEN YOU NEED IT CANCELLED!
