Sat May 30 2026: Yet once again the local office failed to notify the technician to call not text me that they are one hour from my property. This is an ongoing issue and happens with each appointment for one of my properties. Additionally, I call a day ahead to ensure this request is on my record to only find that no such message is relayed to the technician who is sincerely apologetic but caught in the middle of this situation. On top of that I am billed for a service that I did not witness or observe and have repeatedly said that I will not pay for service I do not personally witness. Finally, I made three calls to the local Moxie office today and not one of the calls was returned to update me on getting a technician to call me when the new time was set. I am beyond frustrated.
Desired outcome: A one hour pre-call for service. No billing for Sat May 30, 2026. I request a 10% reduction on my bill. I want to speak with a regional manager or someone higher on the Moxie operations chart.
