I had my packages picked up from Saket, Delhi on June 18th and they have still not been delivered to Allahabad. When I contacted Moving Solutions IN for help, they were of no use. All they kept saying was, "Mam, we are also trying at our end." But I know that they are all just frauds and have no intention of helping me.

It has been almost a month now and I have been calling them every day. Today, I have decided to take legal action against Moving Solutions IN as well as Cosco Packers & Movers. These people are useless and I urge everyone not to fall into their trap. They will only cause you trouble and waste your time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Moving Solutions IN. I had chosen Vaishnavi Cargo, a service provider recommended by Moving Solutions IN, to transport my vehicle from Pune to Bhopal. However, I regret my decision as Vaishnavi Cargo turned out to be a fraudulent and unprofessional company run by goons and cheaters.

The owner of Vaishnavi Cargo, Sagar and Mahesh, threatened to sell my vehicle with the number plate in Pune after picking it up from my premises on 2nd September. They demanded an additional 4000 rupees, which later increased to 15000, 9000, 7000, and 5000, on top of the agreed transport price. These people are imposters and do not have their own transport service. They are hooked to some cheap roadways.

When I placed the order, Vaishnavi Cargo confirmed that they would move my vehicle via courier service and deliver it within two days for 4000 rupees. Another vendor recommended by Moving Solutions IN had quoted 3600 rupees, but I agreed to pay 4000 rupees for faster delivery. I paid 2000 rupees in advance and 2000 rupees at delivery. However, after picking up my vehicle on 22nd September, Vaishnavi Cargo did not respond until 26th September. When I started enquiring, they made different demands, and the owner threatened to sell my vehicle if I did not pay 100% of the money. He even gave an example of how he threatened the son of a police inspector to get 2 lakhs in compensation.

With no other option left, I paid the money on 26th September. However, Vaishnavi Cargo kept me waiting for four days, giving different excuses and numbers of multiple companies. These companies turned out to be some roadways transporters who said they were not paid enough to move my vehicle. They confirmed that they had informed Vaishnavi Cargo that it would take a minimum of 12 days to transport my vehicle. Vaishnavi Cargo had threatened me to earn easy money.

I faced a lot of harassment, pain, anger, and suffering due to the pathetic service provided by Vaishnavi Cargo. I urge Moving Solutions IN to blacklist such fraudulent and unprofessional service providers and have better mechanisms to audit and check service providers. I will also take legal action against Moving Solutions IN and Vaishnavi Cargo for the poor service provided.

I will also post about my experience on all social media and transport service websites, including Moving Solutions IN's competitors, to express my concern and ensure that such fraudulent and unprofessional service providers are blacklisted. I will make sure that Moving Solutions IN does not get any orders from me or anyone I know.
