Ready set GO! - The Hot Rod Crew” I’m not real happy with quarterly instead of monthly issues, but we’ll see. I went to MotorTrend.com/HotRod/QuarterlyOffer and registered for this “free year” I received a transaction number, but was never asked to create a user name or password. When I go to MotorTrend+ and use my email address as my user name (as per Motor Trend’s customer dis-service) and click forgot password they say that they have sent an email with password reset instructions. I’ve tried this 3 times and never have received any thing (yes I checked my spam) I called Hot Rod, they are no help at all. I spent the better part of a day back and forth with MT help chat, they know even less! I asked for a phone number to call and told that they don’t phone support. HOW CAN YOU CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
