Edmunds.com Edmunds.com Review: Useful Car Research, But Beware of Phone Number Requests

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Edmunds.com. I made the mistake of giving them my phone number and now I'm getting bombarded with calls and texts from all sorts of dealerships. It's been non-stop for the past twelve hours, even in the middle of the night! I've tried reaching out to Edmunds to see if they can do anything about it, but so far I haven't had any luck.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend giving your phone number to Edmunds.com unless you're prepared to deal with a constant stream of calls and texts. It's just not worth the hassle. I mean, I get it - they're trying to connect you with dealerships and help you find the best deals on cars. But there's gotta be a better way to do it than this.

On the plus side, I will say that Edmunds.com does have some pretty useful information when it comes to researching cars. They've got all sorts of reviews and ratings, and you can even compare different models side by side. So if you're in the market for a new car and you're looking for some guidance, it's definitely worth checking out.

But just be careful with your personal information. I learned that the hard way. And if you do end up getting bombarded with calls and texts like I did, well... good luck.

Edmunds.com Edmunds Review: Too Many Ads, Not Enough Information

I been using Edmunds for a long time, like over 30 years. Back in the day, I used to read their magazine, but now I use their website. It used to be the best, most helpful service for people looking to buy a car. But lately, it's been kinda hard to use. There's just too many ads all over the place. It takes forever for the pages to load, and I think it's because they're trying to show me ads that are relevant to me. But honestly, I just want to see the bottom line. I want to know how much a car costs, and what other people think about it. But now, I have to click around a lot just to find that information. And every time I click, there's another ad in my face. It's like the dealers have taken over the site. I just want to know what's a good car to buy, and how much it's gonna cost me. Is that too much to ask?

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com: The Real Deal for Car Research

I ain't gonna lie, I ain't planning on buying my car through Edmunds.com. But that don't mean I don't use their website to do my research. I mean, where else can you find all the deets on quality and pricing without having to fork over cash like you do for Consumer Reports? Edmunds is the real deal when it comes to car research.

I gotta say, I ain't never had any issues with the website being slow or not working. But I ain't gonna pretend like I know what's causing those problems for other folks. Maybe it's their internet provider or something else. Who knows?

But let me tell you, when it comes to finding out the good, the bad, and the ugly about a car, Edmunds is where it's at. They got all the info you need to make an informed decision. And that's what it's all about, right? Making sure you get the best car for your money.

So, even though I ain't buying through Edmunds, I still rely on them to give me the scoop on cars. And I ain't never been disappointed. If you're in the market for a car, you gotta check out Edmunds.com. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com Review: A Wealth of Information for Car Buyers

Edmunds.com is a website that I stumbled upon while searching for information on purchasing a new car. I was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of information available on the site. From reviews of different car models to tips on negotiating with dealerships, Edmunds.com had it all.

One thing that stood out to me was the user-friendly interface. I am not the most tech-savvy person, but I found it easy to navigate the site and find the information I needed. The site also had a feature where I could compare different car models side by side, which was incredibly helpful in making my decision.

Another great feature of Edmunds.com was the customer reviews. I was able to read about other people's experiences with different car models and dealerships, which helped me make an informed decision. I also appreciated the fact that the reviews were honest and unbiased.

Overall, I would highly recommend Edmunds.com to anyone in the market for a new car. The site is easy to use, informative, and unbiased. It helped me make an informed decision and I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Blue Camry, thanks to the helpful tips and information I found on Edmunds.com.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Experience with Edmunds.com: Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues

Yo, so I used Edmunds.com to search for a car and it was aight, but there were some issues. First off, I made a mistake with the VIN and there was some problem with the sensor, so I couldn't submit all the info in time to get all the perks. Plus, when I filled out the required fields on my phone, it kept messing up my name and address.

So I hit up customer service to explain the situation and they didn't even offer any suggestions for perks or gas cards. Like, I get that there are terms and stuff, but it was the holidays and we had to wait until business days to get our car fixed. It just seems like Edmunds doesn't really care about people and their offer is a total scam.

Overall, I wouldn't really recommend using Edmunds.com if you're looking for a car. It's just too much of a hassle and the customer service ain't all that great.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com Review: Accurate Prices or Hidden Fees?

I had a pretty similar experience to Tyler when I was looking for a new car. I was checking out some dealerships online and came across one that had a really great price listed on Edmunds.com. I was pretty excited about it and decided to contact the dealership to get some more information.

I asked the salesperson about some of the features of the car and also asked about some other promotions they had going on. I was hoping to get a better deal and maybe even save some money. But then the salesperson dropped a bombshell on me - the price listed on Edmunds.com already included all of the available rebates.

I was pretty disappointed to hear this because it meant that I wouldn't be able to get any additional discounts. I'm not an Uber driver, so I couldn't get the $2,000 rebate for that. And I'm not in the military, so I couldn't get the $500 military discount. It was a bummer, but at least I found out before I went to the dealership.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with Edmunds.com was a bit disappointing. I had hoped that the prices listed on the site would be accurate and transparent, but it seems like there may be some hidden fees and discounts that aren't always clear. I did some more research and found that other dealerships didn't have rates as low as the one I was looking at, so it's possible that this was just a one-off situation.

Despite my disappointment, I still think that Edmunds.com is a useful resource for car buyers. It's a great way to compare prices and features across different dealerships, and it can help you make an informed decision about which car to buy. Just be aware that there may be some hidden fees and discounts that aren't always obvious at first glance.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com: Part of the Problem with Rising Car Prices and Unaffordable Vehicles

Yo, so I gotta say something about Edmunds.com. You know all those other car review sites like KBB? Well, they all got bought out by the big shots in the car industry. And you know what that means? Prices on new and used cars have been going up like crazy in the past year or so. It's all part of their plan to make the most money possible. And it's not just new cars either. Used cars that used to sell for way less than MSRP are now going for way more. It's all a big scam, man.

And don't even get me started on how they're pushing all these cars that cost like $30k to $60k. Like, I know for a fact that Honda, Toyota, and Kia all have cars that sell for way less than that in other countries. But they won't let us have them here in the US. They want us to be stuck with these crazy expensive cars that we can't afford. And if we lose our jobs or something, we're screwed because we'll never be able to pay off the loans on these cars.

So listen up, people. We gotta do something about this. We gotta write to our congressmen and tell them that we want affordable cars that we can actually afford. Cars that won't bankrupt us if something goes wrong. We need cars that cost like $15k, not $40k. It's time to take a stand and fight back against these greedy car companies. And Edmunds.com? They're just part of the problem.

Edmunds.com Edmunds Review: A Disappointing Shift from Car Buyer to Dealer-Centric Site

I've been using Edmunds for a long time now and it used to be my go-to resource for all things car-related. I loved being able to research specs, prices, and reviews of driving, handling, performance, and features. It was a great resource for me as a consumer. However, I've noticed that it's become increasingly difficult to find the information I'm looking for. It seems like the site's sole purpose is to sell cars for the dealers. Even when I'm trying to get prices, I have to enter my phone number and email address. That's just ridiculous!

For me, the car buying process starts years before I actually buy my next car. It usually starts when things about my current vehicle start to bug me or when I see another car on the road that looks cool and I want to check it out. I have a few specific things that I want in a vehicle, so I need to look at the specs. I'm a spec freak, you might say. But with the new layout on Edmunds, it's very time-consuming to get the specs I want. I always want to know "how much cargo space is behind the 2nd row." This is a spec that is often left out on 3-row vehicles, but even finding out that it's left out is difficult. It's just an overall pain to compare vehicles now.

It seems like the site is way more geared towards the dealer than the car buyer. This drives me nuts and I don't like using it anymore. I'm looking for a better website to do my research because Edmunds no longer makes it fun. I don't want dealers sending me emails in perpetuity while I'm still window shopping!

Overall, I'm disappointed with the changes that have been made to Edmunds. It used to be a great resource for car buyers, but now it seems like it's just another tool for dealers to sell cars. I hope they make some changes soon to make it more user-friendly and less focused on selling cars.

Edmunds.com Beware of Edmunds.com: A Review of the Website's Deceptive Car Dealer Tactics

Edmunds.com is a website that claims to help you find the perfect car at the perfect price. However, it seems that the car dealers have found a way to use the website to their advantage. The website allows you to search for your desired vehicle and then "connects" you with dealers. They even give you an imaginary "price paid by others" for the same vehicle, telling you what is a good, fair, or even great price. But beware, there is a catch.

Once you have selected your desired vehicle, Edmunds forwards your information to the dealer, and the harassing calls, texts, and emails start pouring in. Then, daily (sometimes even more), Edmunds pushes your selected vehicle with admonitions such as "test drive this before it's gone" and "your selected vehicle is here." However, the vehicle as priced is never available. In fact, even when provided with the right VIN number, it is always in transit! To add insult to injury, instead of providing the vehicle you selected during the online process, your email is filled with models that do not match what you requested.

In my case, I have been looking for a 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Pick-Up Short Bed in the Lariat Package. Edmunds tells me, with the features I want, that the price should be between $50,000-$58,000 depending on features. However, every dealer has the same truck, only starting at $70,000! That price is not even on the Edmunds curve. I assume between "good price" and "great price," there is not a category for "outrageously overpriced"!

Every day I get "new matches for your car search," and every day it is the same: vehicles that do not "match" my request (i.e., XL, XLT lower-end trucks) or vehicles that are $20,000 more than the Edmund's price.

It is sad that what should be a seamless, honest process has been co-opted into a scam. It is obvious that car dealers cannot stand the internet because it allows consumers to shop around and compare prices. However, they have figured out a way to upsell using the internet through the supposed services provided by Edmunds. So, be careful when using Edmunds.com, and don't fall for their tricks.

Edmunds.com Edmunds Price Promise: A Scam or a Guarantee? My Experience Will Shock You!

This review is all about Edmunds Price Promise Guarantee. If you don't know what it is, it's a way to search for a car on Edmunds.com and get results from different dealers in your area or region. You can then print out a certificate, take it to the dealer, and pay that price for the car. Sounds great, right? Well, not so fast.

I was looking for a Hyundai Elantra and found out about the whole Edmunds Price Promise process. I put in all my information and found some great prices. I was so excited! But here's the thing: sometimes the search results show the price, and other times you have to put in your information and email before you can see the price certificate page. My wife and I found some great deals and printed a few certificates. Then we were bombarded with calls from various dealerships we had inquired about through the Price Promise.

We woke up at 5am and drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealership where we saw the car. We went through the usual process of giving them our info, test driving vehicles, and then sitting down to negotiate. But I wasn't worried because I had the Price Promise certificate and my approval letter from my credit union. When I handed it over to the salesman, he said, "Oh, that's just a starting price and includes all incentives." The certificate clearly stated that it included Hyundai's $1,500 bonus cash, but it also said, "You may also qualify for these incentives too," which was listed below the total price promise of the car. That means those specific discounts had not been applied. We wasted all that time and got irritated with the dealership. We drove another 30 minutes to a different dealer that we also had a certificate for. Same story: "That's a starting price."

I was livid. We had wasted all that time researching vehicles, driving, and believing that Edmunds Price Promise was actually a promise. On their website, it specifically says that you get a certificate that guarantees your savings, a specific car available right now, and a dedicated dealer contact to guide you through your purchase. It also says on the certificates to bring it to the dealership and avoid all haggling! It is guaranteed! But it's a scam, a big waste of time.

We ended up going home and wasting the entire day, gas, food costs, and everything else because we actually believed the hype from the Price Promise. I immediately contacted Edmunds, and when they responded, the senior customer care lady essentially said, "The prices do seem extremely low when compared to other dealers... I'll have to check and see if that is a problem on our end or theirs... we cannot force a dealer to give you that car for that price." How is that useful, and how is that a guarantee? She offered me a lousy $50 certificate to Amazon and help in finding a car, which we did ourselves.

Instead of getting a 2016 vehicle for $13,250 as guaranteed by Edmunds Price Promise no haggle, we ended up paying well over $3,000 more for the same vehicles as the Price Promise. It would have been more if we didn't know someone who worked at that dealership. Avoid the lie, hope, and waste of time that comes with the Price Promise of Edmunds. I will never trust anything on their site, promise, or any other info they spew out. I am livid with them and their false advertising, marketing gimmicks, and co-scamming with the dealers they partner with.

After wasting all that time driving, getting approved from my credit union for a price I thought I needed, and then having to get my credit run again for a higher loan amount, all because of the false Price Promise from Edmunds, I got a whole $50 gift card for all of that. I am not a happy consumer, and it's a pathetic attempt to rectify the situation.

I recommend everyone avoid their site after my experience. If for some reason they get in touch with me, I will provide an update. But I doubt it. I got in touch with Edmunds a few more times, and it was just more corporate jargon and excuses. Nothing else was done about the experience I had. All they said they were doing was letting upper management know about the case and possibly getting in touch with the dealer(s) I dealt with when trying to buy the new vehicle.

My opinion still stands to avoid Edmunds at all costs when using it to search for a new vehicle. However, I'm sure using it for a used vehicle search is just as bad.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Experience: Edmunds.com's Slow and Unresponsive Site

Yo, so I was trying to check out some prices for a new whip on Edmunds.com and let me tell you, that site was slower than a snail on a hot day. I was getting so frustrated because I couldn't find what I was looking for and the site was just not responding. I mean, come on, I ain't got all day to be waiting around for a website to load.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be going back to Edmunds.com anytime soon. Ain't nobody got time for that kind of nonsense. I'd rather just go to a dealership and get the info I need straight from the source.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on Edmunds.com. The site was just too slow and unresponsive for my liking. I think they need to step up their game if they want to keep people coming back. Ain't nobody got time for a website that can't keep up with the times.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Changes: Edmunds.com Now Overrun with Ads and Pop-Ups

edmunds.com is a website that I used to like 4 years ago, but now it's just terrible. There are so many ads, pop-ups, and spam that it's hard to even use the site. It's really frustrating when you're trying to find information about a car and you have to deal with all of these distractions. The site crashes a lot and there are always scripts running in the background that slow everything down. It's just not worth it anymore. I wish they would go back to the way things were before.

Edmunds.com False Advertising: My Disappointing Experience with Edmunds.com's 'Edmunds Deal'

I recently tried out edmunds.com to snag the "Edmunds Deal" on a car lease. The advertised price was a sweet $325 per month. However, when I reached out to the dealer, they hit me with a price of $389 per month! What gives, Edmunds?

I was pretty disappointed that Edmunds didn't seem to stand behind their own deal. It felt like a total scam. And to top it off, the dealers were probably laughing all the way to the bank with their inflated prices.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with Edmunds.com. It seems like they're just trying to lure people in with false promises. I'll be looking elsewhere for my car shopping needs.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com: Helpful for Car Info, but Beware of Dealer Prices

Edmunds.com is a website that can give you some good information about cars. But, you gotta be careful when you use it to find prices. The dealers on there might not give you the real price. They might say one thing on Edmunds, but then when you go to the dealership, they'll tell you a different price. That's not cool.

So, if you're looking for info about cars, Edmunds can be helpful. They got reviews, specs, and all that stuff. But if you're trying to find the best price, you might wanna look somewhere else.

And here's the thing, even if you do find a price on Edmunds, you gotta be a good negotiator to get that price. If you're not, you might end up paying more than you should. So, be careful out there.

Overall, Edmunds.com can be a useful tool if you're looking for information about cars. But, if you're trying to find the best price, you might wanna look somewhere else. And even if you do find a good price on there, make sure you're ready to negotiate.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Experience with Edmunds.com: Frustrating API and Unhelpful Help Desk

Edmunds.com is a website that I recently tried to use to get some information about cars. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I spent a lot of time trying to input my email address into the API, but it just wouldn't recognize it. I was really frustrated because I had already gone through all the steps to get the car info I needed. I decided to contact the help desk for assistance, but that was also a waste of time. The person I spoke to suggested that I use a different email address, which was really annoying because that was the only email address I use. I mean, seriously, why can't they just fix their stupid API? I use my email address on every other website without any problems. Overall, my experience with Edmunds.com was a terrible waste of time.

Edmunds.com Buyer Beware: Edmunds.com Falls Short in Saving Time and Money

Edmunds.com ain't worth your time if you think it's gonna save you some time. Some dealers are sneaky and won't tell you the real price until the last minute. They'll hit you with an extra $2000 for some dealer add-ons and if you don't want 'em, your price is gonna be different. My old man and I wasted a whole afternoon tryna figure this out.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Experience with Edmunds.com: A Total Scam for Car Buyers

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Edmunds.com. I heard they would send my info to a bunch of dealers so they could compete for my business and give me the best price. But man, was I wrong. It was a total scam. Instead of getting a good deal, all the dealers just contacted me and wanted me to come in for a visit. Like, duh, I already told them I was interested online. It was a total waste of time and ruined my ability to negotiate with them.

And to make matters worse, none of the dealers offered me a low price. They were all way too high, or just trying to get me to come in so they could pressure me into buying something. It was so frustrating. I thought Edmunds.com was supposed to help me, but it just gave the dealers an advantage.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Edmunds.com if you're looking for a good deal on a car. It's just not worth it.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com Review: Frustrating Experience and Sitejabber's Real Talk

Yo, so I was checking out Edmunds.com to see how much my car is worth and everything was cool until the end. I hit the button to get my car's value and the screen just went back to the beginning like I never did anything. So frustrating, man. But then I went on this site called sitejabber and saw that a lot of people don't like Edmunds either. So at least I know it's not just me being unlucky.

Shoutout to sitejabber for keeping it real and letting people know what's up. I'm definitely gonna tell my friends about this site so they don't have to deal with the same crap I did.

Edmunds.com Edmunds.com Review: Overwhelming Ads, Sketchy Dealers, and Broken Promises

I gotta say, I did find my car on Edmunds.com, but dang, there were so many ads poppin' up all over the place. It was kinda overwhelming, ya know? And then when I finally found a dealer I thought was legit, turns out they were pretty sketchy. Not cool, man.

But the real kicker was when the site promised me a sweet deal with a $200 gas card promotion. I was stoked, but then I was a little late accepting the offer and they wouldn't honor it. What the heck, Edmunds? I dropped $14,000 cash on my car and you can't even give me a measly $200 gas card? That's just plain dumb.

Honestly, I don't really care about the gas card itself, it's more about the principle of the thing. If they can't follow through on a simple promotion, how can I trust them with something as big as buying a car? I wouldn't recommend shopping on Edmunds.com, folks. Save yourself the hassle and find a different site. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Edmunds.com Disappointing Experience at Edmunds: Vehicle Failed Inspection for Test Drive

So, I was thinking about buying the Encore and I made an appointment for a test drive at Edmunds.com. I thought that the appointment was based on the vehicle passing inspection, but when I got there, I was told that the vehicle didn't pass inspection. I was pretty disappointed because I was really looking forward to test driving it. I had even received multiple emails and texts from the dealership, but they never mentioned that the vehicle had failed inspection. It turns out that the vehicle came from another dealer, which is probably why they didn't know about the inspection.

My family and I have used a Buick dealership in Florida before and we never had this kind of problem with communication. It's really frustrating when you make an appointment and then find out that the vehicle isn't even available. I wouldn't recommend Edmunds dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. It's just not worth the hassle.
