I was charged $2995 by them for my case - did not provide report and asked for additional $2000 for testing medical samples after the testing came back positive for mold. I was told the testing and any additional expenses were included in the original $2995 I paid. They refused to send me the final report and have refused to provide me a at cost refund - the lab test they performed could not have cost anywhere more than $400 which is the market rate for a swab and air sample test.

Be careful with this company, folks. I done lost a bunch of money to 'em. They keep tellin' lies, one after the other. I stuck with 'em 'cause I was in a real bad spot, but in the end, they're just a bunch of scammers. They don't give a darn about you or your kin.
