As this case matures, there are more and more discrepancies I notice. Today July 3, 2022. No one has contacted me yet about Eshaundre Ford turning himself, being booked, given a bond, posting bond and release. If that is not a violation of my rights, then nothing is. Eshaundre Ford could be out for revenge.

For many weeks I have been trying to get the attention of all the organizations that I thought could help me, but I was ignored, or my complaint did not fall under their umbrella. One of the men that assaulted me, I filed a complaint against him. He did not show up for the hearing. A bench warrant should have been issued at that time. But the judge did not issue a warrant. I feel that this judge is responsible for my injuries. I am enclosing all the documents I have sent out over the past few months. I have documentations to support my charge

More importantly, I learned that law enforcement does not really try to apprehend the perpetrator. I believe the motive behind, not going out and get the offender, is to save money. This is based on facts. I constantly asked why they have picked up one offender. I was given excuse after excuse. This person actually turned himself in. There is another case, law enforcement told me that they have an active warrant on an individual. But they have not made no attempt to bring this man in.

My name is Willie Pace. I live in Soth Georgia. My concern is, It should be known that no individual is above the law. The law should not discrimination, but should applied to all, not matter who you are. Here is my case.

O.C.G.A. [protected]-63. Penalty for failure to appear

The willful failure of any person to appear in accordance with the written promise contained on the citation and complaint and served upon such person shall constitute an offense which shall be punishable by fine in an amount not to exceed $200.00 or by confinement in jail for a period not to exceed three days. I would like to file a complaint against the judge for dereliction of duty. I would like to add, judge McMillian is not a king. His job as a judge is to enforce the law equally and unbiased. His personal feeling or opinion should be left off the bench

I filed an application for a criminal warrant against two brothers. Neither of the two showed up for the hearing on 02/17/2022. I think I should have been offered the opportunity to sign a form for their arrest. Judge McMillian did not do that. Earlier this year I had filed an application for a warrant and the brother did not show and a different judge wanted me to sign a form immediately for his arrest, but I had the name wrong. So, I had to withdraw that application and refile and that is what I did. In this instance, I presented my case, with documentation to the judge. He said he would look over everything and contact me later that day 02/17/2022. It is now 10:15 AM 02/18/2022 and I have not been contacted yet. I have mixed feeling (bias) about this judge. And I am afraid of retaliation from this judge. And I would like to file a complaint against the judge for dereliction of duty. I would like to add, judge McMillian is not a king. Late Friday Afternoon, I received a phone call from the Magistrate Court, asking me to come in and sign the form the arrest. When I got there, I signed the form, but I noticed there was only formed to sign. It should be two. How is it possible to issue a warrant one and not the other, when neither one showed up for the hearing? There should have been one for each brother for failure to appear. And the name on the front of the wasn't correct. So, since I had already signed the form. I did not give it back. Then a warrant issued for me for theft by taking and disorderly conduct. I am requesting these charges be dismissed, because had judge McMillian did his job, I would not have these charges.

Here is an excellent example of the type of society I live in. This judge would not issue a warrant for this man that did not show up for a hearing. He has made death threats toward me, but this judge did not issue a warrant for his arrest. I left the office with a piece of paper I had signed but would turn it over to them because I thought it was wrong but had my signature on it. And issued a warrant for my arrest. I could not hurt anyone with that piece of paper and the paper itself could not hurt anyone. That goes to showed you. In this society, the white man values a piece of paper, more than he does a Black Man life.

I am demanding transparency from all interested parties involves.

Hi my name is Eric Bishop. I paid "Danielle", a paralegal at Citizens Law Firm $200 on 8/1/17 which she said was a "filing fee" to file my chapter 13 bankruptcy case and she never filed my case and to make matters worse has even refused to refund me my $200 that i paid her as a filing fee to file my case. I have reached out to her firm many times in numerous attempts to get my money back and have been rebuffed. They simply refuse to give me my money back and i am FURIOUS. This is the worst experience i have had in my life. I have also lost over 3 months of unemployment checks because of this fiasco. I made it very clear to danielle that i needed to file to be able to be protected from my debtors by the courts and i needed to file in order to receive my unemployment checks to be able to keep paying my rent. I am very upset with how badly this agency has treated me and how poorly they handled this situation. My finances have been devastated because of this and i have had a VERY hard time making ends meet and have also been unemployed over 2 months now with no income in sight. I want my $200 back since they never filed my case which was the agreement and i still have the receipt which proves i paid her the $200. I need my money back asap and i want a complaint filed against this very unprofessional law firm. Danielle is a crook and should be locked up. I found out through another random potential lawyer that she has done this to at least 3 other people (kept money and refused to render services for said kept money) so she definitely has a history of scamming [people that needs to be looked into.
