I tried to pay off a significant amount of my parent plus loan in December 2024 and they have yet to credit my account. I call/weekly for status. I provided direct bank evidence that the transaction was properly processed. Now it is almost april and no response or credit to the account.

Disgusting!
Incompetence is this motto!
Crooks run the department of ed

Recommendation: GET READY TO BE SCREWED.
