Moerie Beauty review: This is a scam

Do NOT trust this brand! I ordered on the 9th, heard nothing. Reached out on the 20th to cancel and was told I would have to PAY $30 more, on top of the $100 I already spent, to cancel a product that hasn’t shipped! I reached out via email and now I’m being ghosted so I told them I was going to post my experience… I want my money back. This is not a trustworthy company. Who the hell charges you money to cancel a service you’ve never received?
