I saw an ad for Moerie.com hair growth products on Yahoo.com in June 2026. Here is one of Moerie's current ads: https://blog.holisticpluslab.com/this-hair-loss-spray-is-changing-lives-doctors-say-its-backed-by-science-older-50.
These ads promise a "60-day money-back guarantee" and even a "90-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked."
I ordered their "Ultimate Man Spray" product in June 2026. They billed my credit card over $300 from June until 12 August. When I told them the product didn't work for me and that I wanted a full refund, they refused.
This company has already lost a class-action lawsuit regarding false efficacy claims. They should also be held liable for false advertising and internet fraud related to their phony "money-back guarantees."
Claimed loss: $310 plus 15 hours of my time.
Desired outcome: Full refund as specified in their original ad.
