MobilinkI am complaining about weak network of jazz in our area

I have registered my complaint at jazz help line through costumer care operator about weak network. In our area when the light goes off (i.e. load shedding hours), jazz network also becomes weak. I think that the jazz tower staff does not run generator. Although the company is providing oil for that purpose. They are stealing oil rather to use it. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
