I live in a place where I gotta have a permit sticker on my car for parking and Mitchell's towing towed my car in the middle of the night when I was sleeping. They brought it back all messed up on the bumper, with scratches and dents all over it. It was a real pain in the butt to deal with them, they didn't seem to care about the damage they caused. I wouldn't recommend them or the parking lot they towed me from, both of them are pretty unprofessional.

We had a broken-down *** out of warranty, but Mitchell's towed it to North Shore ***. We called Mitchell's Towing for fast, professional service from start to finish. We highly recommend Bree and all the Mitchell's Towing team for *** 5-star service.
Started out good but ended up being the worst experience with a tow truck company
Started out good but ended up being the worst experience with a tow truck company. They overcharged me, were late because they used the wrong equipment for the job which set me back and made me miss the ferry. This cost me a night in North Vancouver on a Friday night. I couldn't find a hotel with commercial truck parking and they charged me a storage fee to leave it in their yard overnight. They lost the key for my truck and insisted that it did NOT need a key because it was a push button start. But it's not a push button start and the manager implied I didn't know what I was talking about. Just a terrible experience which cost me about a thousand dollars more than originally told and the job wasn't even done right.
