Carimus Billable hours and account growth took priority over client needs and delivery quality

My biggest concern was a billable-hours-first operating model that repeatedly prioritized utilization and account growth over reliable execution, consistent quality, efficient output, and dependable delivery. Carimus's hourly rates were generally lower than those of several other agencies I experienced, but I would not judge the value by hourly rate alone...
