DAMAC Hotels & Resorts review: The service and unethical behaviour

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding MisConduct of Representative at DAMAC Head Office

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally bring to your kind attention an unfortunate experience I encountered during my visit to the DAMAC Head Office in Dubai on 7 January.

By way of introduction, I am currently working as an Overseas Community Coordinator, associated with resident offices in Europe and Pakistan. My visit to DAMAC was aimed at discussing opportunities for promoting and enhancing DAMAC business among the Overseas Pakistani community in Europe and Pakistan, including a number of well-established small and medium-sized business owners who are interested in significant real estate investment in the UAE through reputed organizations such as yours.

During this visit, I was requested to meet a representative identified as Mr. Tokhir (Uzbekistan), contact number +[protected]. Regrettably, the interaction proved deeply disappointing due to his conduct and lack of professionalism.

Throughout the brief meeting, the representative:

· declined my request to meet an appropriate official team from DAMAC for structured discussions, insisting that all matters must proceed exclusively through him,

· remained largely preoccupied with personal mobile phone activity, and

· departed the discussion abruptly, without excuse or courtesy, to speak informally with a colleague, after which he advised me to return the next day, stating that he was “busy”.

The overall demeanor reflected discourtesy, inadequate attention, and an absence of professional engagement, which is clearly inconsistent with the standards of a globally respected organization such as DAMAC.

I am sharing this matter not in a spirit of complaint alone, but out of sincere concern that such behavior, if left unaddressed, may adversely affect the reputation of your esteemed company and discourage potential investors who hold DAMAC in high regard.

I would therefore respectfully request your good offices to review this incident and take such action as deemed appropriate. I remain available to provide any further clarification that may be required.

DAMAC has earned a distinguished reputation internationally, and I continue to value its professionalism and excellence in service delivery. I look forward to your kind response and resolution of this matter.
