Miracle Ear review: Hearing aid company

I purchased hearing aids from Miracle Ear company with a branch in Duluth, MN 4.5 years ago. Still paying on my loan. In January my right hearing aid outer shell cracked. I took it to the miracle Ear branch. I was told it could be sent out and fixed. I still do not have my hearing aid back. I have stopped by several times and given flimsy excuses as to why it has not come back. I have emailed the main office in Minneapolis twice with no response. I was told to call New York. I left a VM without a phone call returned. I am still paying on this loan. It is difficult to hear with only one hearing aid. I filed a complaint with Minnesota State Attorney General Office the end of July and signed a release of information in August. I have not gotten a response. Can you please help me.
