Wildlife Command Center is the best! They do their job real fast and with a lot of heart.
They showed up within 15 minutes and got rid of a snake stuck in the brick of my house
They showed up within 15 minutes and got rid of a snake stuck in the brick of my house. They had to remove some caulking and ended up sealing it up for me when they were done. Extremely polite. Would 10/10 use again!

The customer service at Wildlife Command Center is really bad! I called on Sunday morning and a lady named Jen, I think, was rude, sarcastic, and just plain mean with my concerns! And to make matters worse, she hung up on me not once, but twice, while I was asking questions. I'm going to escalate this issue to the highest level to ensure that she faces consequences! You better believe it!

Michael with Wildlife Command Center was great! We had a big barn owl that fell down our chimney. He got stuck halfway down, but Michael didn't give up. He caught the owl safely and let it go back into the wild unharmed. It was such a cool experience! If you ever need help with wildlife, they're the best company to call.

I had a problem with a grate blue heron visiting my fish pond daily to eat them. I tried a few deturrants myself with no luck, so I called Wildlife Command Center for help. Michael came out to the property and he knew a lot about the animal. He gave me lots of options to get rid of the bird and how to keep it from coming back. He were really helpful and polite, I would definitely use them again.
We contacted Wildlife Command Center for snake removal on May 12
We contacted Wildlife Command Center for snake removal on May 12. They came out the same day to set up 7 traps and we were told they will return in one week to dispose of the traps. A week passed and they did not show. We called them to see why they haven’t returned for the trap disposal, and were given a new date they were to return. They were a no show again. The company sent a text message afterwards promising a new pick up date (3rd time) and again this was a no show. I have never experienced such a lack of communication and unprofessionalism from a company... We paid a nice chunk of money for the company’s expertise in snake removal, but once they got their money they just dropped off the traps and disappeared. This has been a very frustrating experience and we will not use their services again.
