Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD] review: education loan

Hi team,

This is regarding my education loan I took for my btech studies, that was around 3.33 lakh.
As per the govt. Policy, I should get the govt. Subsidy on interest. But because of bank authorities (they never submitted my documents further), I have never got subsidy and my loan keep on increasing.
When I came to know this, I complaint in bank they asked me to submit income certificate of my father. I provided the same and they said they will try to process it.
It's now more than 1 year, govt authorities are never serious on this issue and never tried even.
I asked them many times, they responded that they are trying.
I am still trying to deposit my loan and waiting for my subsidy.
The above I suffered because of bank authorities.
So this complain is to either provide my subsidy or compensation somewhere.
