Hello there is something wrong with 8 ball pool management 1 weak back I have 1.2 billion coins I was play a game with may friend which I lose and my friend wins after a game I tried to play another game then 8 ball pool said you don't have enough coins he said my I'd involve in coin transfering how is it possible I only person who are using that I. D in my 2 mobiles 8 ball pool not stopped after 2 days he banned my I. D what he think that we are fools that was my coins my ID how can he do this to me why he feels that I am transferring coin prove it any game which is I'm playing with my friends and I left I needed my ID back to 8 ball pool game I don't need coins I only want to play just for fun

People are playing and cheating with hacks, please look at my record, I have lost somewhere in the area of 300 million coins to people taking random shots with a hack program and you have no chance! I played 8 ball pool from a long time but I lost my acc like 3 year back and made my new acc in which I started playing again but yesterday I founded my old acc I transferred some money from it but u guys send me warning and took my all coins from both my acc that’s wrong u should tell me first that I could not do this then take the action

This company is irresponsible and negligent. I purchase the “Weekly Pro Membership” which is supposed to be $4.99, and I’m being charged $7.99. In addition, I’m also being charged $9.99 for the same membership. When I tried to dispute the overcharge, they sent me FAQ’s.

Another matter is I’ve played against hackers with coins I purchased. I reached out to miniclips customer support email, and I describe the issue/concern and also ask to be reimbursed, it’s like a robot that responds. They never communicate with me about my complaints! It’s unreal! I provided them proof of my coin purchase and screen recorded video of the hacker literally taking every coin I just paid for.

Also, it seems to me that every time I submit a complaint, I lose every game and my coins go missing. This company is beyond unethical.

I'm sick of being level 200 with total earnings of 50mil playing people that's less with 100bil. Took my lucky shot this morning and went for the golden shot, landed the 4 legendary boxes as usual and didn't receive them when the shot ended. I've played for a long long time and never asked for help and I've lost alot over time due to mis-haps, I care about these boxes and save for them everywhere there available, I need these 4 legendary boxes I won fair and square please, I took a screenshot of my win and the time

At 6:50am I was playing 8 ball pool. I had just spent money on coins and was in a game of 9 ball about to hit the 9 ball however before I could even start to line it up I timed out. I have made balls in the hole at times and the other player gets the ball in hand and able to win the game, it’s obvious the other party didn’t win the game. It is unfair and it has happened more than once. I’m reporting this also to the better business bureau. I spend quite a bit of hard earned money on this app, so I don’t feel like people who purchase things from your site should be Cheated for our money.
