To start off I'd like to note that I have been a loyal player since 2015, and have never had issues with this game. I've spent 9 year and money on the game and have loved it up until recently. I was playing on 1/21 at about 11:00pm CST when i noticed that all of my winnings from that week were reduced to 0, both on friends leaderboard and league/ world leaderboard. I assumed this was a glitch and submitted a request for help. I got an automated response back to check my country and that i may be at 0 for a number of reasons that didnt apply. After 48 hours of no additional help I submitted a second ticket, advising that i needed help with my account as I've checked everything, I've reinstalled, I've not cheated or done anything to warrant a suspension/ban. I got a response back that my account is permanently banned, with absolutely no information or acknowledgement to anything I had said in my original request. All I was doing was playing the game as normal, participating in that weeks streak event, and I'm banned out of nowhere for absolutely nothing. I'm super frustrated and upset as I really like the game and no feel as my time and money has been wasted. I cant start fresh and get back the 9 years of work I've put in, and I shouldnt have to as my account shouldnt be banned in the first place. Please resolve is as I'd love to get back to playing, I was finally in a good club and in a good spot.

Desired outcome: Lifting on the ban on my account, restoration of my weekly winnings.
